Best Water Heater Installation And Repair in Colorado Springs CO

It’s winter and my water heater stopped working. Two other companies bailed on my but Mark stocked to his support, came on time and got it working in no time. He walked me through his process explaining everything and even told me some best practices to have it last longer.

Eric did an awesome job of replacing our water heater that went out on a Sunday! I made the call around 11:00 am and he was at our house by 11:45! Amazing service and thankful we didn’t have to be without a water heater for more than a few hours.

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

Amazing service, can’t recommend enough. Saw their ad, arranged for an appointment the next day, very quick response time. They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. I am currently in the process of selling my home so I reached out to One Source to have my water heater inspected and my furnace cleaned and serviced. The communication was excellent in the beginning. The few people I spoke with were kind and provided great customer service. Now with that being said...once Karl came in to do the work, things went downhill. He came in and started telling us about all of these problems we had with our furnace and water heater that we knew weren’t legitimate because we’d already had an inspection completed. He even went as far as telling us our water heater is 20 years old when our home hadn’t even been built for 20 years...He also told us that the furnace and water heater would have to be replaced which would cost us over $10,000. The moment we declined having the furnace and water heater replaced, their communication and customer service became poor. I reached out 5 times to get the report sent to me. I never received anything. I ended up having to pay another company to come out so I could get a report! Not only did the other company provide me with a report but they also told me that my furnace and water heater is in GOOD working condition. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and even more disappointed in the unethical business practices.

First off I was very pleasantly surprised that this company works weekends.

Second of all I was shocked when the Plumer demonstrated an abundance of knowledge and was not out to make a quick buck. He actually took the time to trouble shoot different parts of my water heater and gave me options that didn’t include any were he got paid. He explained how the water heater warranty worked and told me to go that route first.

After a few more minutes of demonstration and info he noticed that the unit continued to run water as if it was never full. He quickly pulled up his sleeves and jumped in the crawl space to continue trouble shooting and found that my home had original piping that has developed corrosion and holes causing leaks.

He then went to working on fixing the issues so that I could have hot water again.

Fun fact: the call was for a free estimate on a tankless water heater. Ironically my water was no longer hot by the time the Plumer stoped by. Timing could not have been better!

Needless to say I was one happy camper.

I look forward to having them come back out to replace the rest of the old pipe and bringing my home up to code.

The Happy Plumber crew came to my home to take care of a kitchen sink backup. My experience with them was outstanding!! They were professional, friendly, and cared about their work. We had a massive grease clog and the crew did not leave until the problem was taken care of. Can definetly recommend these fellas! Great job!

Ed is the first person to understand my home heating boiler. I have a base board heating system with 9 zones. Ed spotted the problems and fixed them. He also answered a bunch of questions that I had about the system. He knew what he was doing and was also a really nice guy. He came out the same day that I called in the problem. I had some follow up questions that he took the time to answer. Great service and reasonable price.

I have used Smith for all of my HVAC needs and called to request about multiple projects I need done before I move out of my house. Smith refused me service, stating that they don't work with rentals. I tried to explain to them that the house isn't being rented out and would be owner occupied when the work was completed, but they still refused service and didn't give me an explanation for why.

Asbury was amazing getting help for my leaking water heater. Lucas came out quickly and diagnosed the issue and installed my new hot water heater promptly. Great service and would 100% recommend and use again. Thanks guys!

I needed a new whole home / central humidifier installed because my old one kicked the bucket. I'm in the local construction industry and know that HVAC Solutions does great work on our commercial projects. I was really happy to hear they did residential projects as well. Jason came out to view my system and walked me through all the options explaining the pros and cons of each. We settled on one that was affordable and easy to maintain. He gave me a quote and we scheduled the install. Sean and another guy came out and did the install. They arrived early, wore booties, had all the correct parts, kept the area clean and tidy and had it installed very quickly. They walked me through how to maintain the new humidifier and where to get filters. Super professional, high quality install. Highly recommend.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Caleb came by just a couple hours after I had to turn off my water because my shower wouldn't cut off. He had the work done in 20 mins for a good price and was an awesome guy to talk to. I'd recommend this company for any plumbing disaster you might have in your house.

I needed an outdoor plumbing repair which was not an emergency, but somewhat urgent since we were heading out of town the next morning. I have never needed a plumber and called Olson Plumbing & Heating at the suggestion of a neighbor and I typically see at least one of their trucks on the road every few days. They were able to schedule a same-day service call and a plumber was on the way within an hour. Rich arrived and assessed the issue. He provided options without being pushy or trying to upsell parts or equipment. The repair was completed promptly, tested in front of me, and honestly was a much better installation than the original just two years prior. Rich was very professional and courteous throughout the service. I know that every service call may not go as smoothly as this one, but based on this experience, I would call Olson again for future needs.
