My husband and myself are very impressed with this young man. when he arrived at a moments notice to our home ( we didn't have any heat)! he was respectful upon arrival. He was courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. It was immediately obvious that he understood the problem and took the appropriate steps to correct it. We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). Todd came out to do work for me and it was a very professional and courteous experience. He was thorough with all my question and told me I did not need to change out a faucet when I thought I needed to. The cost was below most companies. It work out to being $63 dollars per hour which is about 1/2 half the cost of other plumbers.

From the very start I was in contact with the plumber, not the office staff. He arrived on time and he noticed I did not have a small part I needed for a bathroom faucet and said that he would stop by free of charge and finish the repair at no extra cost! I was very pleased with our tech. He came in our home and listened to the issue we were having with our air conditioner. He did his test on our air conditioner and found the problem then explained how he was going to repair it. He was very professional and respectful and felt like having a good friend in our home helping us out.

Shawn and his assistant were early to appointment.They were very efficient, I didn’t know there was a reset GFI for the boiler system, I do now. I had another question and they were great. I hope if I have another problem with the house that Shawn could fix I hope I GT them again definitely!!!One source is very reasonable in price for what we’re getting fixed.One Source also replaced our boiler system and has paid for it’s self in 2 years.We couldn’t say enough great things about One Source and their employees all top notch!!!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

The plumbing work and tech was fine. They are very good at telling you the hourly rate starts when the tech is dispatched, what they dont tell you is the amount you pay will vary soley one where the job before yours was done. I paid 1.25 hours of travel time alone when their office is located 25 minutes away. Where did the extra 1 come from? That charge also included the travel time back which either means they are double dipping and charging the client after me and myself for the same commute, or, your rate will also vary if you are the last one of the day. Upon dispatch I even confirmed with the operator that I am not paying for commute from further than their office, which I was told I wouldnt and that ended up being false. I have also called multiple times, and the supervisor will not call me back. Dishonesty and lack of integrity here.

They were great on following up and helping me over the phone even though i never had them come out to my house. I ofcourse was not charged but it was more feedback then what i got from the place that did come out!

Same day estimate and next day service to plumb our new kitchen. Got 3 bids and Doug was competitive in pricing and seemed more knowledgeable then the others. Glad we found him and would use again. Excellent service.
