Best Water Heater Installation in Colorado Springs CO

The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

We were in a bind and no other plumbers were available to come out and help with a sewage backup on short notice. Mark came out late and got to work quickly and for a reasonable price! Will call Mark next time we need a plumber!

I called a little after 7 am Thursday morning and was told someone could come between 10 and 12. Brandon called me before 9:30 and was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure everything was working perfectly. He fixed the shower problem and was kind enough to do a repair on the sink fixtures as well. I will call Affordable again when I need plumbing help. Thank you so much.

Jorge was courteous and professional throughout the whole process of replacing our leaking anti-siphon valve and two hose bibs.

James and Coral were absolutely wonderful. Our furnace wasn't working very well and they did everything in their power to get us a new furnace in that we could afford. I would recommend them 100%. James was courteous and friendly, he took the time to explain everything to us. Coral is an absolute delight to work with she will do anything she can to help those get what they need.

Nick was extremely helpful and gave us great insight on a small leak we had. He saved us money with his recommended fix and was awesome to work with!

This is the first 5 star review I've given for a business that didn't do the work BUT they were fantastic. I needed help after another company botched a job leaving us worse off than before the repairs. I called Always hoping they could do same day work. Unfortunately they couldn't squeeze me in BUT they were able to refer me to another company that could. It is so refreshing and rare to work with a company that wants to see the problem solved even if they aren't the ones to do it. We recently purchased a furnace, air conditioner and hot water from Smith Plumbing and Heating. The install technicians that came out to do the work, John and Ray, were PHENOMENAL. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous at all times. They did not slam my door when they went out (it is self closing so you have to catch it or it slams shut), and they were extremely aware of my dogs and cat and not letting them go out when the door opened. They gave a great (and much appreciated) tutorial on how to use the new thermostat and didn't rush through it even though it was 8:30 in the evening and I'm sure they wanted to get home to their families. The whole process from purchase to install was pleasant and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

I had these guys out when my AC stopped working. The person I spoke with over the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to get a technician to my house that day! The technician arrived in a timely manner, was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on a furnace or AC unit!
