Had a late night break in a pipe on my main water line. Called them and left a message. They very quickly responded back and got someone out to my home to get it fixed. Very fast and proficient work. Will definitely be using them again for future plumbing work.

I have used this company before for plumbing and had a great experience. I called for an issue with my boiler and was horribly disappointed. The technician immediately decided once he saw my old boiler that he would not even try to fix anything but rather to sell me a new system. He listed everything wrong but did not even list the problem I was having correctly. I asked if there was anything that could be done to fix the problem today rather than replace everything and he said no and provided an estimate of $13,000 while charging me $210 for his inspection. I called another company for a second opinion and the guy came, fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes, and charged less than $150. I called to provide feedback and to let them know they left their expensive carbon monoxide detector at my house and have not even gotten a call back from them.

We have used them several times for shower valve replacement, fixture swap, and toilet installs. Always on time and with great communication. Justin is always available for quick questions or to come out and solve issues.

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Spent $14k on a new AC and furnace last month. The technicians showed up 5 hours late for the install and left for parts for over an hour shortly after finally arriving. The mechanical portion of the inspection failed. A tech was supposed to come out yesterday to fix the issues, but never showed. Looking at their work and the tape and glue looks messy, rushed and slapped on. On top of everything it’s difficult to get a return call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were able to come out within 2 hours of my call and James was very professional and did great work.

In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

Had a huge leak in my basement and suspected that my sewer lines were backed up. Olson was able to get a team out right away to address the issue.
