The plumbing work and tech was fine. They are very good at telling you the hourly rate starts when the tech is dispatched, what they dont tell you is the amount you pay will vary soley one where the job before yours was done. I paid 1.25 hours of travel time alone when their office is located 25 minutes away. Where did the extra 1 come from? That charge also included the travel time back which either means they are double dipping and charging the client after me and myself for the same commute, or, your rate will also vary if you are the last one of the day. Upon dispatch I even confirmed with the operator that I am not paying for commute from further than their office, which I was told I wouldnt and that ended up being false. I have also called multiple times, and the supervisor will not call me back. Dishonesty and lack of integrity here.

Chris is super nice and will explain what he is doing. And even listens to your own suggestions . Will definitely keep using their services.

Larry came out and quickly found the source of the leak and was able to fix it. He was very professional and friendly today. I always get prompt and quality service every time I call.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Let me start by saying the Bull's Eye has excellent customer service. The person who answered the phone at 10:00 PM responded to my concerns promptly. However, we had a misunderstanding over the nature of the initial problem, which caused it to have been misdiagnosed. Bull's Eye took responsibility for the misdiagnosis and solved the problem. I appreciated and respected the manner in which they managed a potentially difficult situation.They were professional in their communication, expressing a commitment to providing excellent service and customer care.

One of the drivers flipped us off and drove in a very erratic manner. Then proceeded to flip off my 10 year old sister when her window was down. Occurred on July 29th at about 5pm on I-25 northbound in north springs.

Very good company! A mechanic visited our church, and she worked really hard and was very nice. Other mechanics are reliable as well.
