Update 3/3/22 - After posting my original message, I did receive a call from a customer service manager and he apologized and was able to get the right person scheduled for today. They, along with another tech, came and removed the old install and replaced it with a properly done install. They were very helpful and apologetic. So I've upped my review to 4 stars since they were able to fully repair this free of charge. I can't go all the way to 5 stars since I had to deal with this whole thing and it would have been avoided had they sent the correctly qualified technician in the first place.**Original Review.I had a microwave exhaust vent installed on Tuesday, Feb 22nd, 2022. Communication up to that point was great and I was able to get it scheduled quickly. They called the day before and confirmed that they would be arriving promptly at 9am the following day. Come install day, the technician arrived around an hour late with no communication that they were on their way or they were going to be late. It had just snowed the night before so I cut them some slack, but still found it odd that you could send a simple call or text. Upon arrival though, the technician had no idea he was supposed to do a full install and did not have any of the tools nor the parts. This didn't give me a lot of confidence but hey, as long as you can do the job I'll be happy.However, it became apparent that this person had never job a job like this and they had to call someone to try to get a sense of what to do. I had to provide the microwave manual so that he could follow the instructions. Um, that is exactly what I could have done...but I hired and paid you since you are the professionals. Additionally, they did not even know how to get a microwave down from it's mounts; I had to show him exactly what to do here. Not good. Anyways, after a long trip to get parts and hours later the job was finally done. I looked at the job and was curious as to why the external vent didn't have a damper on it to close off the outside air. His response was that's all the store had. Um....ok? Additionally, the ducting to the microwave wasn't even attached to it and they left around a two inch gap. Additionally, the caulking job was not done very well with big globs all over the place.All this resulted in huge amount of cold air pouring into my home on the two coldest days of the year. I had to pack the whole cabinet with towels and insulating to try to reduce the cold. I emailed the company the next day with pictures and called the gentlemen who initially provided the quote. He gave a I'll have to get back to you response and it's been 4 days now. I've emailed again and still no response. I'm pretty unhappy with the service provided and being left in the dark, especially for such a simple job as this. Posting here to try to get this resolved and to ensure that others absolutely make sure you get a technician that knows what they are doing. I went through Thumbtack and may have to try to get my money back if this can't get resolved and installed correctly.

We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). The integrity, honesty and professionalism is above and beyond any I’ve experienced. Thank you to everyone at Bills Plumbing and Drain!

Plumbing & Gas was referred to us by a friend who was also very happy. Jeremy responded promptly to texts and phone calls, arrived on-time, and was very professional. He worked efficiently to replace our outdoor faucet and kept a clean worksite inside and outside our home. He showed pride in his work and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. I called to get a new garbage disposal installed. Ed was happy to come that same day and did a great job. He was very courteous to me and very friendly towards my three dogs. He left no mess, disposed of the old garbage disposal for me, and had the job done in 1.5 hours. Thanks again Ed.

Everyone I've spoken with from Smith has been courteous, professional, and did a great job explaining everything I wanted to know about their work in great detail without talking over my head or talking down to me - everything they told me was easy to understand! Nobody ever tried to give me an urgent call to act immediately on anything or made me feel pressured for any upsells - anything they suggested for different options was just that, a suggestion, with very good explanations as to why. They gave me a great value on my furnace replacement and central A/C install last year, and helped me with plumbing issues just this week (toilet leak and some water hammer/pressure problems I had been long ignoring). I feel a lot safer about my plumbing now that they've fixed both things, and I've already recommended this company to friends and family.

We paid for a new furnace and install and these guys showed up several hours late. When the city inspector came this morning, he found a gas leak and ventilation problems. My wife and I both have tried calling to get someone to come fix the leak and dispatch will not give us any estimated time of arrival or even confirm if anyone will be able to fix the leak today. Dispatch told us someone would call us quickly. It has been two and a half hours and no word from them...and we still have a gas leak.The day after the HVAC techs finished the install, we inexplicably had problems flushing the downstairs toilet in the bathroom right next to the furnace closet. We called One Source and asked for a plumber. They sent a guy who, you guessed it, showed up late. He asked if I happened to have a snake tool in the garage that he could use. Eventually, he just admitted it: he was not even a plumber. He was an HVAC tech. The guy started trying to sell me a warranty while I started working to fix the toilet.

Wow! There's something to be said for being the quickest to come out (30 minutes from the time I phoned on a Friday afternoon--and he busted it over all the way from Manitou while everyone else required that I book ahead for the following week), and the least expensive ($99 including tax)... but when I found out his name is Dwayne Wright, well that just sealed the deal for me! :-) Yes, I took his biz card and now I'll always call Dwayne whenever I need my tub to drain right!

Nathaniel was super professional and showed up same day. He made time to come to our house to complete a job at 7pm right after completing another one. 10/10 recommend

Our plumber was efficient and explained in detail what was going on, he even gave us suggestions to improve and maintain our plumbing problems to prevent further complications.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

Thank you Olson Plumbing. We moved to CS in January and couldn't use one half of our home because of back-up plumbing. After huge fails with another company, we got Olson in March. They came in and spent a while assessing our problem. They fixed our plumbing issues and we can use our entire house. They are professional, realistic about timing and confident.

Rick came out on short notice (same day), in terrible weather, on a holiday weekend- and did exactly what we needed for exactly what was quoted. Quick, efficient, friendly- we will definitely save his card and number so we can call him again if needed.

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

An outside pipe had frozen and we did not know it. We used it and water started flowing into our finished basement from the break. Not being from the area, my husband called a Nationally known plumber company. They gave us a time frame of 5 hours the next day for them to come out and fix it. At the last minute they called and cancelled until the next day. I could not miss a second day of work so I googled local companies and came up with Jazy Frei. The lady I spoke to in the office was very re-assuring and confident they could fix my problem and get my water back on today. The repair guys were at my door within an hour of my initial call and fixed my problem. Tim was to so helpful and informative. They will be the only company I call for plumbing issues. Thanks guys!
