Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. We had a new water heater & a water softener installed recently. Jeremy was responsive, helpful when we asked questions, texted updates (on his way, picking up water heater, etc), was quick, clean & very knowledgeable (walked us through use & set-up of the softener & let us know air would be in the pipes, funny taste to water as the new softener adjusted, etc.). Great service. We found out about him through our landscaper who used him to install our sprinkler & drip system. He was quick then too & friendly. We are very impressed with his work & he was reasonable on costs as well. We will definitely use him again.

I am a small business owner that has been in Colorado Springs since 1986. We are fortunate to own our commercial buildings but that also requires repairs and maintenance.

After 34 years of doing business we have found that Olson Plumbing and Heating are the best in the business. They are reliable, reasonably priced, but most importantly they are honest. I have experienced several companies that try and take advantage of the customers.

My most recent experience occurred on Friday. A tenant in our building had an issue with their toilets and they called a different plumbing company to fix the issue. After several hours their conclusion was that there was a block in the line in the parking lot that would require the parking lot to be dug up, get a permit, and repair the line. Their estimate was between $8,000-$10,000.

Fortunately the tenant contacted us to get permission to complete the repair. We told them we would not move forward with something like that without a 2nd opinion.

We contacted Olson and they quickly found the block. It was NOT necessary to cut into the parking lot - just a simple repair.

They came first thing Saturday morning and the repair is going to cost only around $500-700 dollars. Had the repair been done on a weekday it would have likely been cheaper (since they were coming on a weekend)

This is a perfect example of why using a reputable and honest business is so important. Olson Plumbing and Heating have been in business for over 100 years for a reason.

As an additional warning to consumers: the plumbing company that gave the $8,000-$10,000 estimate pays their employees a commission. Their employees have an incentive to increase the cost of the repair because they earn 3% of the repair. Olson plumbing employees work by the hour and only have the customers interest in mind.
