When my kids broke part of the toliet I didn't even know what it was called. We called three different places and Mark called us back almost right away. In fact, the other two never returned my call. He came out and fixed that no problem and another issue we were having with the pipes screaming. Then when I had an emergency just a few days later he called me right back again and being out on another job he talked me through how to shut of the water to the house until he could get there. He came the same afternoon AND was able to repair my leak without having to install brand new parts, only charging me labor. My 60 year old sewer line needed to be replaced. It was part cast iron, part clay pipe and not enough slope as well. I went with Affordable as they were able to drill my new sewer line versus digging up the old up. That saved digging up 2 sidewalks, a stucco wall, my driveway and a curb. Plus they did the math to put in a new tap into the main sewer line about 8 yards further downhill than my old tap to give me better slope. They had some problems with the driller but kept on the job which went on about 3 weeks instead of 3 days. They never disconnected my old sewer line until right at the final cutover so I was only without sewer service for about an hour. The 1st driller came in a little high, and instead of trying to make it work, they brought in a 2nd driller and put in a 2nd new sewer line and they came in perfectly. No one wants a project to be delayed like that, but I was pleased they stuck with it, did the job right, at no additional cost to me. Now I have a PVC sewer line that has a great slope inspected and approved by the city without tearing up my driveway, landscaping, sidewalks, curb, etc.

Did what they said when they said for a good price (which also turned out to be exactly what they said when I called). I'll use them again and recommend them to others.
