My water heater recently stopped working. In dire need of hot water, OCP was quick to take the call and replace my water heater. If you’re looking for a quick reputable service, look no further than OCP.

My mom is a young senior on a fixed income and not super/knowledgeable about repairs. She was told by Bobby and Jason from One Source that her malfunctioning heater unit was not repairable and quoted a price of $6000 to replace a furnace for her small prefabricated home. Since her air conditioning unit is older and uses Freon they incorrectly informed her that the a/c unit is “illegal” and would have to be replaced since it was no longer legal to make repairs on a/c units using Freon. They wrote up a quote on a piece of notebook paper for a $12,500 fix. Fortunately the price didn’t seem right to my mom and we helped her get a second opinion elsewhere- still a pricey fix of $800 to fix the control board was needed- but compared to a $12,500 quote with no less-expensive alternate solutions offered and incorrect information about her “illegal” Freon unit seems unprofessional and unethical. The second opinion quoted the furnace and a/c replacement at half the price that One Source quoted. I would not trust One Source consultations or price estimates and will not use their services in the future.

I was referred to Olson by my home inspector. It sucks how expensive HVAC can be but they have gone above and beyond for us. The part needed is delayed so they provided us with modular AC units to make it more bearable in the meantime. We also had a couple other estimates done and Olson's was right in line with others. I'd highly recommend.

Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.
