Matthew was great. He helped with several plumbing needs in the kitchen and bathroom. The rate was reasonable, the job was well done and completed very quickly. I really appreciated the information I received regarding my home and planning for future improvements. He went above and beyond!

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

We have had some challenges. Parts were broken and we are waiting on our 3rd appointment to get things complete. The person who came out to evaluate or systems, promised that the freon in the AC unit would be topped off. She said she would let the techs know. The first pair of techs said that they had not heard anything about and didn't have the R22 but would tell the second tech. On our second tech appointment, again the tech said he did not know about it. Finally, my big concern is that the One Source representative said we had a problem with carbon monoxide. We'd recently purchased a Carbon Monoxide test/monitor. It did not read any carbon monoxide from our bedroom. After the One Source representative said we had carbon monoxide, I moved the monitor down to the basement near the utility room for more than 24 hours. Still the monitor read zero. Finally, I put the monitor inside the utility room near the furnace for more that 24 hours and it still shows zero. I feel like she told us, what my mom calls, FUD which stands for Fear Uncertainty and Doubt in order to create a sense of urgency so that we would spend the more than $8,000 for the services. We paid for a furnace and air conditioner clean and check. They also used sealant to seal gaps they said we had in our ductwork. We also paid for fin savers, a hard start to add to the air conditioner and two motors. We are questioning whether $8,273.72 was an appropriate amount for us to pay for these services. The One Source representative told us that a new system would cost $20,000 so we believed that her quote would be a reasonable path to take to save our systems and some money. Based on our research, we have found that an entirely new Complete Split System Air Conditioner with Gas Furnace system would cost up to $3,500, at most, not including installation. I feel taken advantage of and so through this I would not recommend One Source Home Service to others.

Called at 8 am (Monday), quoted a 1030 arrival same day, showed up early, complete by 1045. Priced appropriately. Respectful, professional, job done correctly. Jeremy was excellent! Highly recommend!

Ed showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my Sump System. He also educated me on a few things I could do to maintain our system. The price was very very Reasonable as well. I will be using Always Plumbing & Heating, Inc. For all of my future plumbing needs. Thanks Ed.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon date and time. Replaced my garbage disposal in a timely manner. Checked to make sure there were no leaks and working properly. Everything was done to my satisfaction.
The price was reasonable. Everything was left clean. I would recommend Lujan Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing needs.

Nate came on a Saturday night within 30 mins to help with an issue! Very kind, helpful and professional.

HVAC Solutions came out and removed a 15 year old attic A/C system that had failed and leaked into the ceiling. When the work was completed they lowered the price as it took less time than originally expected. I don't know many companies that would do that. Very pleased with the professional work and cleanliness. I highly recommend them, not something I can do very often.

Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

ZERO Stars if possible. Just got off the phone with Olson. I have NEVER had such horrible customer service! After calling 2 weeks ago and sending a request for information I got snubbed and hung up on. Christina in service is by far the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. After a couple of sighs of annoyance when I asked for information on opening a new commercial account, she grudgingly told me she didn't care about anything I had asked about and refused to give me information. We have 5 commercial building at 15K Square feet plus in each and aren't pesant nobodies. After she hung up she had the nerve to call my number back and hang up again as to see if i was an actual customer or not. If this is who represents Olson heating and plumbin, then STAY AWAY AND DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Seriously I feel very insulted and would NEVER recommend then to anyone let alone do business with them.

Rick went above and beyond for us. As first time home buyers we didn't know what we were getting in to and Rick walked us through everything. I am amazing impressed.

Denver Springs Plumbing was called for my leaky water heater. Doug was timely and competitive. When the work was done it happened exactly as discussed and quoted. Denver Springs is my new plumbing company of choice. Excellent service!
