I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called Affordable Plumbing because we used them in the past. Great experience. Kurt arrived right on time, completed the work in less time than anticipated, cleaned up and left. It is nice when things go according to plan.

This team does excellent work. we had a water heater replacement needed. They got a new heater out here in about a week. They called ahead of time to make sure we would be home. Arrived early and completed the install AND removal of the old heater in ~3 hours.

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

Kevin and Johnny were our installers and they were very professional. They explained what they were doing and when they were doing it. There was a little time miscommunication but they cleared it all up and all was well after that. I appreciate them installing the A/C here at my employers office. They double and triple checked everything and even came back a couple days later to make sure the pressure was correct. Thanks!!

Today was my first experience with One Source and if their technicians say anything about the quality of the company, then I'm sold. Off the bat, the company respected my time and made sure to call in advance when they had a cancellation to see if I was available. Afterwards Andres, the technician, called and let me know approximately when he would be at my house to service the equipment. When he arrived, it was like an exchange with an old friend and immediately felt not only a professional connection, but a human connection as well.Unfortunately, my home had not seen an update in some time and rather than feel like I was going through a sales pitch, was lead through the process, options, as well as the 'why' of what I could expect in potentially upgrading my unit. (Especially after being shown firsthand what I was actually dealing with).Once we sat down to talk more about the upgrade, he put me on the phone with Jose and everything just flowed, cut and dry, plain and simple information. Andres wrapped up, we shook hands, and am expecting him as my primary tech when the new unit is installed.Andres was not only a great person to talk to, but extremely knowledgeable and professional and am thankful for the experience today.
