Our furnace went out in December of 2018 and we called a couple of different HVAC companies for estimates. Affordable Plumbing left multiple space heaters to ensure we were comfortable even in advance of us agreeing to work with them. Affordable Plumbing was thorough in their evaluation and I appreciated that they did not oversimplify the project and even suggested the need for additional electrical work (that I agreed with) in advance of starting the work. We decided to work with Affordable Plumbing as they were within range of the other companies price-wise, we liked the systems they suggested (based on extensive research) and their professionalism was evident.Adam and Sean came out to install our system and were very professional and fully explained what work would be done and the estimated timeframes to complete the work that day. Adam and Sean spent extensive time during the day to ensure the work was done right and ensuring the area was clean and the whole system even looks very tidy and well built. P&L Electric performed the additional electrical work required and were professional, clean and left the work visually aesthetic even as advance lines were needed to the AC we decided to replace as well (we later hired them for additional work that was great as well).We were very happy with Affordable Plumbing's work and suggestions to ensure we had a system that worked well, was appropriate for our house and was within a reasonable price range. The work was performed quickly and the added efforts to ensure we were comfortable while we researched systems and companies was just a really thoughtful extra perk that really meant a lot. The crew at Affordable Rooter did an absolutely amazing job of replacing my entire sewer line fom my home to the city main. I was fortunate enough that this wasn't an emergency repair, so I had plenty of time to get quotes from several different companies. Not only was Affordable Rooter's quote much less the others, but from the get-go they seemed much more professional and prepared than their competitors. This was no small job, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The job was completed quickly, they did an absolutely AMAZING job of putting my back yard back together after the excavation, all with no unwelcome surprises along the way. While I hope to never have to have a sewer line excavated again, I will absolutely contact Affordable Rooter for my future plumbing needs.

Walter was personable and well-informed, punctual and quick to fix my problem. I have used Alphalete four times in the past three years and the crew there, office to plumbers, has been excellent. 5 stars!

I scheduled an appt between 4-8, and they called my at 3:15 saying they'd be there at 4. I was quite surprised at the accuracy!I have been having a reoccurring problem with my plumbing, and it is very difficult to diagnose and a pain to fix. Cole#5492 took the time to go through all the options and explain what it could be. He went by protocol (which I learned my last plumber did not!!...) and was very careful with his work. He fixed the issue, but still wanted to know fully what was going on underneath. So they're coming out again on Monday for free to make sure everything is good. =]
