Jeff did a superb job when our water heater broke. His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips. The entire project met all code requirements. As a veteran and spouse of a veteran, Jeff's work met our high quality standards. We trust Jeff and gladly refer him to our family and friends.

Mark was the only emergency plumber to get in touch with me when I called several and waited for a response. I had an emergency where my only working toilet got clogged and I had to work the next day. He came out very late after I was off work to fix for me and did a great job. I plan to use him for all my future needs!

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. Dan has done several jobs for us in the past and his work is very good however he is not vaccinated and unapologetic event though we explained that we have vulnerable elderly people in the house. He threw off his mask and stormed out of the house when we asked him to wear it. He will not be invited back.

These guys choose wrong name for the company. It's not Affordable at all. If they will come to you, you would already own them already $50. Which is fair enough for the visit. But I refused to pay $340 for simple valve install for dishwasher. This job I can do myself in less then 1 hour (take in consideration I am not plumber). I do software engineering work, but even I don't charge that much per hour. Also I never heard before from service business We don't do it, when it totally related to what they suppose to do.I am sure owner will write along explanation about rating of the company and costumer satisfaction level. But do you really think that plumber job value is $390 per hour? Do you hire highly educated lawyers for plumbing job?Update 3 hour later.Made it myself in 30 min. But lost $50 for quote.

On Nov. 12, 2020 Leo's came out to clean out drains and repair a pipe. Carlos came and did a great job. Very efficient and kind. This is the 2nd time we have used Leo's and we highly recommend this company and their workmen.

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

My dryer was wobbling so i mentioned it while he was doing a repair for a neighbor. He came over and got it taken care of in less than 5 minutes. I now have an appointment for him to come out Monday to clean all of my windows!

Herman's did everything we asked for and finished on time. We had the guts of our toilets replaced and update. Great job

Dustin was polite, professional, and took the time to explain all options that were available to us. He also explained the installation procedure, warranties, follow up visits to sure make sure everything is working properly. I would recommend him And his company to others!

Totally on top of the issue and fixed under 30 minutes.

Edit: I've now used The Happy Plumber twice, and I cannot rave about them enough! Please keep them in mind for your plumbing needs.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Always Plumbing & Heating. My wife and I have been clients of theirs since 1995 and have never had any issues with their work whatsoever. They remodeled both bathrooms in our home, and do regular maintenance work on our furnace and drains. Whenever anyone asks who I would recommend for plumbing or heating work I always refer these guys because they are excellent at what they do.

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

2 months ago started this process still NOT COMPLETED. HOLES IN MY CEILING!!! MARCH 5, 2020 STARTED WITH A CALL. I WENT WITH RHIS COMPANY SINCE MY PARENTS DID BEFORE WITH NO ISSUES AND WELL TO OUR SURPRISE THEY SUCK NOW!!

PAYING FINANCING ALREADY WITH WORK STILL NOT COMPLETED!

NEW THERMOSTAT NO LONGER DETECTING AC UNIT AND NEEDED THAT THIS WEEKEND WITH 80+ DEGREE WEATHER HER .

FAILED INSPECTION 2 TIMES ... STILL WAITING FOR STATUS ON 3RD INSPECTION COMPLETED 2 WEEKS AGO YESTERDAY. STILL HAVE 5 HOLES IN MY CEILING NO CONTACT... CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE LINES. I SELECT #1 IT GOES #2 OPTION VOICEMAIL. #3 RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS SINCE LAST WEEK!!! LEFT A MESSAGE THERE. LEFT MESSAGE ON CONTACT US ON THEIR WEB SITE AND NOW PUTTING IN A REVIEW.

Paul does excellent work and is very knowledgeable regarding all phases of plumbing. He is fully licensed and insured. He's not the fastest guy out there but you can feel confident that when he's done a job it's been done right.
