True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been. ..so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint. He did not have to do that. ...he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

Pro Power Rooter Service is the best! My kitchen drain was plugged and as I started calling various services – they are were unwilling to do a “same day” emergency job. Mark responded immediately and provided pricing up front as well. He arrived within a few hours on an extremely cold night with icy roads. Not only did he address the obvious problem, but spent extra time scoping the pipes with his camera – and showing us some potential issues. He offered to come back in 2 days and clean the pipes, which he did. He was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done right. In the future he will be the one I call should I need either plumbing or drain issues resolved!!

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Dan has done several jobs for us in the past and his work is very good however he is not vaccinated and unapologetic event though we explained that we have vulnerable elderly people in the house. He threw off his mask and stormed out of the house when we asked him to wear it. He will not be invited back.

Affordable Plumbing, Heat, and Electrical was extremely responsive, showed up right in the appointment window, and promptly got our water back running! Having a burst pipe was so stressful, but they made it painless to get us back running. Their services were fast, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend!

Ismael and Dustin did a fantastic job! Ismael referred me to their business and I called today, and they showed up quickly! My three year old had flushed a toy down the toilet and these guys only took about half an hour to get it out( including having to take the whole toilet off and getting it back on). They were professional and friendly and I’ll definitely be using this business for any future needs.Thank you Leo’s!

Phillip has done two jobs for me so far. One was to due two drywall repairs. One under a sink and the other behind a washer.
Nice not to have holes anymore. Good job! The other was fixing
the cracks in the driveway with a newer product. Cleaned out
the cracks with grinder and power washer.
Then filled cracks with sand and then the new product that really
seals the cracks fully.
Last many years and prevents further cracking. So great not
to have to replace entire driveway. VERY PLEASED WITH
ALL HIS WORK. Thank you Phillip.

Andres came to my house with a large coffee, even Starbucks. So right off the bat he won brownie points. He was very thorough, explaining everything in terms I could understand. Even asked if I had any other issues for his specialty and gave me some tips on how to fix them. Very professional and respectful to my house.

In spite of his busy schedule, Todd was able to fit us in to replace a messy, leaky kitchen faucet for a reasonable price. He is friendly, focused, and does his job well.

From the first interaction on the phone, to the in person service from our Plummer, the Happy Plumber exceeded our expectations! Derek did a wonderful job taking care of our plumbing needs. He was VERY knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was an expert at his craft! My 84-year-old mother and I were so impressed we had him look at future jobs we will need done soon! Ed is a great plumber and a great guy. We highly recommend him. He didn't just do the job well, he took the time to teach us what was going on. He was on time, on budget, and cleaned up after himself...much more than we expected. I hope we never have plumbing issues again, but if we do, this is the guy we are calling.

100% right or 100% free is BS. Furnace was replace by Wright in 2013 & went out this year (2017) before I could have them come out & service it. Tech came out & said motherboard went bad, doesn't know if covered under warranty, difference would be 500 if under warranty, 1000 if not. Said he would have to order part & would get back to me. Don't remember his name & he never left a card (bad business). Tried calling office and after talking with 5 different answering people (all said would connect me with on call tech & failed). Started calling other companies. On call tech called & again didn't know if unit was under warranty & said he couldn't even get in contact with the office. 1st other company called back & said unit is under warranty just by her punching in model # & S/N & quoted me 450. 2nd other company (Bassett) called back & said unit is under warranty just by her punching in model # & S/N & quoted me 225. Guess who I went with. I called Wright back and magically got the office, yet they still could not tell me if unit was under warranty. Informed them our business together was finished & I will never call them again.
My personal recommendation is to ignore the Wright Total Indoor Comfort commercials because it is just a gimmick. Not True. Bad company!!

Paul does excellent work and is very knowledgeable regarding all phases of plumbing. He is fully licensed and insured. He's not the fastest guy out there but you can feel confident that when he's done a job it's been done right.
