They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

It was after hours, they were very responsive, the person replacing our water heater was absolutely great, a pleasure to deal with. The replacement water heater is a great brand. This is our second time needing a water heater replaced (also used Affordable Plumbing & Heat when our condo one went out) and we've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment between 12 and 2 for a maintenance snaking of my main sewer line. I called around 2:30 to see what to expect and was told I was next. Called around 4:30 and was again told I was next.
Techs arrived around 6. They both smelled like alcohol and refused to access via a low pitch roof of a one story house. I asked if that was because he had been drinking and he told me that he needed to leave now.
Was recommended these guys but I would not recommend them to anyone.

My dryer was wobbling so i mentioned it while he was doing a repair for a neighbor. He came over and got it taken care of in less than 5 minutes. I now have an appointment for him to come out Monday to clean all of my windows!

Called to have the pressure tank for our well serviced. Even though Jeremy was booked out a week, he took the time to review photos and make a well service company recommendation! Above and beyond service.

I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.

Upon arrival my technician, Nick got right to to task with my furnace tuneup. He did not mind that I watched as he took his readings and performed several system checks to determine just how efficiently my furnace was operating and asked me if I had any specific concerns.At completion of the service he explained the reason was due both to the age of my system, and leaking or blocked ducts. He contacted his Manager who explained the recommended remedies and plans to eliminate present and future potential problems. When I an ready I have no doubt we will use One Source Home Services. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable.

On November 2, 2021 Paul the plumber came to my home to assess a water issue: well, tankless water heater, etc. He estimated the cost of this repair was around $1,250.00. Then the day before the job he called me and told me the cost is $1,800.00. I asked for a receipt, something anyone would ask for. I should not have needed to make so many requests for a proper invoice to include email from manufacturer for the same information I already requested simply to register the parts installed for warranty. It was improper, vindictive, retaliatory, and unprofessional. And I'm still having same water problems. Now I don't believe the parts he installed were even necessary. Never call this plumber.
