I recently had an emergency water leak from my outdoor water spigot. Curtis came to my rescue and replaced the line, the spigot and also the front one as well due to its deteriorating condition. This eliminated the leak and the possibility of another in the future. Curtis patience, expertise and advice made me realize that I had made the right choice in who to contact for my emergency. I don't look forward to another event but will call Affordable (and have in the past) in the future for my needs. Thank you for your service made simple.

This place is down right nefarious. Also they apparently don’t perform services on Monday. They made an appointment which caused me to leave work losing time and money to meet them on THEIR time, and then they never showed for the scheduled appointment. Then I called them 2 days later (not one attempt from Leo’s to reschedule) they said there was an “emergency” with the technician and had to reschedule - but they couldn’t be the ones to call I had to in order to find out why they never performed agreed services. I rescheduled again and stated to call me when they are 30 minutes out so I can leave work AGAIN and be there. No call, no response. Then they sent a bill saying they came and were refused entry to use a power source. What world do you operate in? No one was at the residence hence the CALL 30 minutes out request. Awful.

We have used them several times for shower valve replacement, fixture swap, and toilet installs. Always on time and with great communication. Justin is always available for quick questions or to come out and solve issues.

Fast and reliable service. We had a couple of leaking faucets and instead of just fixing the faucets, they went to the root of the problem. Our water pressure was too high and they fixed that and the leaking stopped immediately. They were very professional. And they wore masks.

Monte was one of the few people open on Saturday and about the only one to call me back very quickly. Little leak but needed my water off which wouldn't of been fun for me and family all weekend long especially with a big event happening for us Saturday. Had me patched up in 10 minutes and charged me a fair low amount for the work performed and the trip out on a busy weekend. Showed up on time and very professional. Dwayne was a true hero for us this morning! We are moving to Alaska in a few days and our toilet and bathtub were backing up with sewage. Nothing we were throwing at it was working and we were feeling defeated. We were referred to Dwayne and we could not have asked for a better person to come out! Dwayne arrived within half an hr, diagnosed the issue quickly (tree roots!) and was able to clear the clog and get us back on track! (Did I mention it’s Memorial Day weekend?) His prices are fair and his work is quality! I highly recommend!!
