Alphalete was a pleasure to work with. Had to have the hot water heater replaced in my mother's apartment. It has a smaller access to the crawlspace which caused some issues, but they were still quick to get a special order water heater in.

The biggest compliment I can give, was that the plumber Thomas, was phenomenal with mother. They were communicative on the issues, gave several choices for working around them, and got the work done as quickly and painless as they could. They've earned our repeat business.

Even though my issue turned out to my minuscule, it could have been catastrophic. Zach found the issue right away and fixed it. This was a quality and valuable repair to me and my wife. Russ is great! Super nice guy. Fixed a leaking pipe from the upstairs bathroom leaking into my kitchen. In and out in a few hours. Hoping to use him to finish a basement.

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.
