I cannot, in any way, speak highly enough of this company. Their service was extremely prompt and professional. The men who came to do our repairs were knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I have NEVER had a better experience with any service business than I had with Bill’s Plumbing and Drain Service. Use them! You won’t be disappointed!!

We went through several plumbing companies who all stated they fixed or leak to go and find out they in fact did not. It is a breath of fresh air to come across a company that is truly genuine and cares about actually helping. They fixed the issue so very quickly because I believe they actually listened to us, unlike a lot of other companies out there. This company has easily become a go-to place for me if I need any help in the future. I don't usually leave reviews - good or bad - but I highly recommend this company and Todd (the owner) as they were so extremely helpful!

Showed up inside an hour, acted like a professional. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable rate. Will call for future work.

This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

Been using HVAC Solutions for many, many years (about 16 I believe) for my furnance and A/C. . Always efficient, on time, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, explains everything, and just the best Heating and A/C business in town. Kudos and thanks to Johnny today for another through and complete service on my furnance.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

During March of 2020, a service tech came out for an annual service appointment on our furnace. The tech was friendly, and I felt he was professional at all times. He gave me his number and told me if I had any problems to call. This happens to be the start of the coldest day of March. After the tech left, I went to turn our heat on, and nothing happened. I tried a few more times, and still, nothing happened. I called the service text and left a message. I ended up calling the company and talked with them. Afterward, the service tech called me back, and then his professionalism turned into the blame game.I then reached out to One Source Home Service. I had a tech out in no time flat. Thomas was my tech. Thomas went above and beyond to try and get our furnace working that night. Thomas ended up staying past 1 a.m. Our heater could not be repaired that night. The engine or drum wheel, whatever it is called, went out, and the motherboard was fried. We had to wait on a new motherboard. I watched Thomas reach out to so many part shops from the Springs to Denver to try and get that part for us that night. Thomas offered us extra blankets and indoor heaters if we wanted them. Hell, Thomas even asked if he should get us something hot to eat at no charge.I highly recommend One Source Home Service, even if you have a great tech, you need to give Thomas a chance at being your new tech.

This is the company you want to hire when you're in Colorado Springs they know exactly what they're doing and they totally blow affordable Plumbing out the window with their prices way cheaper way better job and they worked after hours

Our water heater was under a Home Depot warranty. As such, Home Depot said we had to use Delta Mechanical to install the new water heater. We were charged $758 for only the install! I’ve called the company twice to get a detailed invoice and both times I was told I would be called back. It has been weeks and I haven’t been contacted. I did contact Home Depot to discuss this situation with them.

We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional
