Ed, from Always Plumbing & Heating, just finished a service call at our house. He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. Outstanding service. Chris J. Showed up to repair a leak and refill the system. Outside of the cost of the coolant, the labor fees were very fair and reasonable. Awesome service. Had water backing up into my basement drain. They came out on a Sunday night. They were fast, clean, efficient, and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again in a heart beat.

Advantage Plumbing came out on an emergency basis at night when we had a back up. The rate was reasonable. The customer service was great. They unstopped the line and brought the camera out in a few days and ran the lines to our septic and found a dip in the line. We knew we had a slight dip but it had gotten worse. The probelm was close to our septic tank. They had the line dug up and repaired and all landscaping replaced in a very timely manner. You could not tell any work had been done.
I am so very impressed with the customer service. Sean and David and all the workers are great. They do not keep you waiting in an emergency. Thank you. They will definitely be the ones I call for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Reworked entire house ducting!

Provided them over $100K in business on a new residential home plumbing and solar thermal radiant heat system. Could never get them to return to fix open item list. They ignore requests and then claim warranty expired. They do not know how to trouble shoot or repair their own installation designs. Emailed and called to quote some boiler maintenance and they do not even bother to return calls or email a reply. They do not stand behind their own designs or will provide maintenance service after the install. They also removed property from the job site not belonging to them and never returned it when asked several times.
