We used Ed with Always Plumbing to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Our kitchen remodelers badly botched the under-sink plumbing to the point that Ed really had to work to correct what should have been a fairly easy repair. He did figure it out, and the leak has not returned. He also tidied up some other sloppy work under there for no extra charge. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

Delta Mechanical is a great company, who was able to replace my broken water heater the same day for a very competitive price. The company was incredibly helpful by providing me information on my different options and helping me make the best choice. They sent Andrew to install the water heater and remove the old one. Had a slight urgent issue with our evaporator not draining properly down in the finish basement where the HVAC system was installed last year May 2019. As a result we had water leaking down in the furnace, the filter was totally wet, and the water was running out on the floor and started getting the carpet wet just outside the furnace room. I called Comfort by Design around 11:45 am. They told me they would have a tech there at 1:30pm. Well, they where really responsive because their tech David Kint showed up by 12:35pm and was on the job. David resolved the issue and even showed my wife on how she can probably check and clean the condensation line in the future and how often for proper maintenance. David Kint get's a 5 STAR Review for his courtesy, professionalism, and going beyond the call of duty. Comfort by Design get's a 5 STAR review because they have kept up their word in what I expect in regards to expected customer service of what they promised me back in May 2021 when I bought the new HVAC system. Had a great experience initially with a nice lady (Bella I believe is her name) who setup an appointment for a solar evaluation in my home. After that I got no response after they FAILED to show up for the appointment. Unprofessional.
