Great people and no what to do even on a 125 year old house

We have been using Mr. Rooter for many years. We recently had our main water line burst under our parking lot. I had called Mr Rooter to come out and give us a quote -- the next day I had a quote in hand. Out of shear curiosity, I called a few other places to see what they would charge. Not only were the other companies quoting me several thousand more, but they also wanted to dig up my entire parking lot to lay a new line. Red Flag -- Red Flag! Who in the world would want their parking lot dug all up just to run a new water line...? We wanted to have a new line bored under the parking lot and into our building. Guess what, that is exactly what Mr. Rooter wanted to do, too! Saved me from having a ripped apart parking lot, to boot. The job was completed in one day, for which I am very thankful. Will I continue to use Mr. Rooter for all of my pluming needs? Absolutely. Would I recommend them to everyone I know? You bet! Thanks again.

Paul Quintana was my plumber. He did excellent work, was courteous and very professional.

Price was $75 higher than quoted over the phone. They left my garage a mess. I paid for camera inspection which they did before the auger, but they did not inspect the line again AFTER the auger. Is it just me or should camera inspection be done before AND after the auger...to make sure the line has been cleared effectively? They were also in a hurry the entire time, and not on my account. I got the feeling that if they had more time, they would have inspected the line after the auger but their timeline took presidence over performing a quality job.

BUT, they do know what they are doing and my drainage problem is fixed...for now. I do however question the longevity of the fix. I sure wish I could verify the effectiveness of the fix with the camera(which I paid for). Oh well, I'll try someone else out next time.

This isn't the first time Roto- Rooter has come to our rescue. Tonight John came to our house because some of our plumbing backed up. John spent a good 2 hours working on cleaning and pulling roots from our main drain. He was very thorough and very informative. He made sure he was completely happy with the outcome. Plus he even cleaned up any mess that was made! Thank you John!
