After the initial estimate (which in my opinion was a tad high for a routine job, over $600) the repair was scheduled for 48 hours later between 1P and 3P. After nobody showed up and nobody called, I called them asking if they were still planning on coming, they said yes but that the last job was taking longer than expected. Another 2 hours later I called back, and they asked to reschedule for the next day between 5P and 7P. I said fine. After 7P and nobody called or showed up, I called back and they gave me the same spiel about the job taking longer than expect and please be patient, that the tech would call within 30 minutes. Another 2 hours go by and I called back to tell them I was going to go with someone else, and they told me they were sorry but two of their people just quit and they overbooked jobs, and asked again if they could reschedule. I asked if I did would I get a discount for the trouble I've been through with them, and I was told she wasn't authorized to, but she was confidant her manager would approve. When she asked what the job was for, I told her and even she was That's it? That should have been in and out already No kidding...Will update if they call me back tomorrow to make it right, if they don't, I told her I'm just going to go with another companyUpdate: Yet again I've been blown off and no call no show. Strike three, you're out

Our heater went out at night, their answering service were polite and helpful. We asked for them to come out the next day which they did in the morning at the scheduled time. Chris was prompt, efficient, polite, friendly and a hard worker. My husband and I also really liked how patient he was with us while explaining what was going on with our system.We have been using Parkey's since we bought our 1st home in 03 and will continue to use their services with our retirement home. I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.

I called priority plumbing as soon as we found a leak under our house on a Sunday. They were one of the only companies to answer right away and sent Paul out the very next morning. Paul was great when it came to finding the problem with our sewer line. He recommended a mitigation team to come out and clean the area before he could do the plumbing work and he set up the appointment for us. The mitigation team was out cleaning up the next day on Tuesday and Paul came back out about an hour after everything was cleaned and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company and their timely responses to an emergency situation!
