Best Equipment Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

This place is down right nefarious. Also they apparently don’t perform services on Monday. They made an appointment which caused me to leave work losing time and money to meet them on THEIR time, and then they never showed for the scheduled appointment. Then I called them 2 days later (not one attempt from Leo’s to reschedule) they said there was an “emergency” with the technician and had to reschedule - but they couldn’t be the ones to call I had to in order to find out why they never performed agreed services. I rescheduled again and stated to call me when they are 30 minutes out so I can leave work AGAIN and be there. No call, no response. Then they sent a bill saying they came and were refused entry to use a power source. What world do you operate in? No one was at the residence hence the CALL 30 minutes out request. Awful.

Our 22 year old water heater started leaking and Charles was able to come out the next day and replace it with a new unit at a reasonable price. He was extremely responsive and was a pleasure to work with.

We had flooding/water backup into the laundry room because the mainline got clogged. Didn't discover this until 8pm on Good Friday. Olson was the first company that was able to provide service to our after hours holiday emergency. The technician Brandon was professional, explained what he was doing, why there could be mainline clogs, and advised additional follow-up with Olson for some other potential plumbing improvements. Only company I will call going forward.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

I’ve spent years looking for a good plumber and when I found out roto rooter does plumbing, I could not have been happier.Not only are the technicians competent (which is hard to come by these days) they are highly skilled and professional. They 100% stand by their work and perform high quality work every time they come out.Brandon F and Matt A were my technicians on this visit and they were a pleasure to be around, very skilled at communicating what needed to be done not only today but what I need to do to maintain their work.
