Best Equipment Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

Poor customer service. After waiting all morning the guy finally showed up and I was told we had to wait longer for another person to get there since it was a roof access. After an hour of trying they said it’s impossible to clean my sewer due to bends and charged me $94 for doing nothing and not fixing my problem. The manager did not care they couldn’t fix the problem and would not work with me on the charges at all. Very poor experience. Don’t get ripped off and use someone else.

Enki Plumbing truly lives up to the countless 5 star reviews!! Nik and Enki Plumbing were true super heroes in our horrible week. Nik was able to get us in a day early due to a cancellation and was able to get us hot water in less than 10 minutes. THATS SERVICE!!!

The guy who came out to look at my leaking shower in the master bath seriously asked me WHY I wanted the shower fixed and wasted time explaining I would like a functioning shower in my home.
Other than that, he said it's probably a tile issue; could be drain, but he doesn't know. Okay, thanks? Isn't that what I'm paying you for?
