I recommend Affordable plumbing, they sent Kurtis to our home quickly after service was requested. Kurtis was incredibly sincere and patient in explaining the issues found with our outdoor hose bib and our ice maker supply line leak. My experience was positive enough that I will be calling their company for an HVAC tech come out and clean our boiler as well!

We are starting to get really tired of this company rescheduling daily! A couple months ago it took 3 weeks for you guys to come out for a simple inspection. Everyday was another excuse. We actually were surprised when y’all did show!! Now here we are today. 2 hours outside our appointment window and y’all still not hear. We called a couple times so hoping someone actually does something. But then again I can bet it be another 3 weeks before someone shows. Idk you guys have very professional workers but communication is terrible!!Update: get a call from them and the worker claimed we were given a quote when THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW TO SPEAK WITH US!!you guys have lost our business. Good luck with your future endeavors. We wasted a whole day away jus to be told we were given a quote and that never happened. Going to make a BBB complaint. I’m done.

Great company. They are professional, work as quickly as possible, and explain options when necessary. They also have the latest technology which allows customers to pay for services quickly and efficiently.

Great service. Andy, the technician, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working optimally.

After scheduling an appointment more than a week in advance, they gave me less than 24 hours notice canceling it.

After three calls, three separate visits and $400 later, these poor excuse for plumbers didn't fix the leak in the bathroom sink that they were called out for. They replaced and charged us for for parts that were never needed and didn't fix the issue they were hired for. I know where my sink was leaking from, I pointed it out to him, even took pictures and video to showcase the leak, and in turn he replaced several parts that had NOTHING to do with issue at hand. We still have a leak from our bathroom sink and the only way they will come out to remedy the situation is for MORE MONEY. Then, this dude has the audacity to tell my husband it's only a cheap part, an easy fix, he should do it himself. So, this clown KNEW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS, KNEW WHAT PART HE NEEDED, and here we are, a week later, the issue not fixed, and we're out $400. His claim, you told me the leak was on the left side, not the right side, so I only fixed what you said was the issue. That leak isn't from my work, so yeah, I'll have to charge you more money. Don't we pay plumbers for their experience and expertise in the field in which they're supposed to specialize in? Do yourself a favor, avoid this business at ALL COSTS. As an inexperienced homeowner, I should have better researched and vetted the non-professionals prior to making the decision on hiring them. Now, we're forced to pay more out of pocket for another company to come out when it would have been cheaper to replace the whole sink and vanity. Hopefully my review saves homeowners the same heartbreak and anger we've been left with.

I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing, Heading, and Cooling! Kelly (in the office) is so sweet and helpful, Frankie (the plumbing manager) is very responsive and professional, and Brandon (my plumber) was simply fantastic!

I had three faucets that were dripping and had rusted out the stoppers in the sinks. Brandon informed me that since my faucets were Delta, I could call them and they would send me replacement parts for free. I called Delta and emailed them photos of my faucets, and they sent me my replacement parts free of charge. I did go ahead and pay for Delta to send me new sink stoppers so the rusted ones could be replaced.

In addition to the faucets dripping, I had a toilet that needed to be rebuilt. Every time you flushed it, it made a terrible noise in the walls. Brandon told me what I needed to purchase for him to be able to repair it, and he even recommended a place for be to purchase the parts.

Finally, I figured that if I was going to have a plumber on hand, I might as well upgrade my shower head. I selected one and sent the link for it to Brandon for his inputs. He confirmed the great reviews isy read about it online and again provided me with a location where I could purchase it.

Overall, APHC was great to work with. I have saved their card so that I will have it should I ever need their services again.
