We had our HVAC units and exterior AC units serviced. Andres was awesome. With costs rising on everything, he discussed the One Source annual preventative membership plan. We opted to purchase that from him. I would highly recommend One Source to call and Andres as your service tech.

I am the process of doing an entire overhaul of the old outdated sewage in an older home that I just purchased. Impressed is not strong enough of a word to describe Patrick who came out to give me an estimate. Not only was the estimate super detailed, Patrick gave attention to my special needs who lives in the home. There is another company I got an estimate from, and it was like pulling teeth to get it. Patrick fully understood my scenario and bent over backwards in every way possible to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this company just based on ethics alone. Our 22 year old boiler got a cracked casting causing a slight leak. I called John Pace and sent him information and photos of the installation. After a few days we had an up-dated ‘drop-in’ replacement boiler installed. Nathan and Jeremy did an outstanding job and John turned up during the installation. My invoice was the low end of the initial estimate. So all round a superb company !

Cammi was an excellent service technician! She was professional, thorough and explained everything in great detail. She also gave me tips and recommendations to keep my HVAC system working to the best of it's ability until our next service. Thanks Cammi!!
