I HIGHLY recommend Pro Power Rooter! Mark fixed two of our bathtub leaks and one was a real challenge but he didn't stop until it was complete! Our second leak went much smoother for him and he was done quickly. His pricing is more than fair and he gives a cash discount! It's nice to know someone that's honest and not just looking to charge more than necessary. As a single parent every penny counts and I'll definately contact Mark again if I need his service and I'll definately recommend him to anyone checking reviews!!

We needed a vanity install which required the water lines to be shifted a bit. Western Peak plumbing was able to come out the next day to do the install. James did an awesome job! we love our new vanity and will definitely be calling Wester Peak Plumbing when we remodel the next bathroom.

Ed was awesome. He quickly diagnosed a tile cracked grout issue that was causing a leak. He then very quickly installed a water line to my refrigerator. Very professional, on time and thorough.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

The installation process was professional, clean and timely. The warranty is a good one and the products are top of the line. And I must say they gave us the best price in the area.
