Best Commercial Project in Colorado Springs CO

Last year, Leo’s Sewer & Drain was hired to do a plumbing inspection for a home we were purchasing. They did the inspection but did not report any problems. Due to a short military assignment, we had to sell our home less than a year later and the buyers hired a plumber to do their plumbing inspection. That plumber found a problem in the plumbing, which he could also see in the video of the scope that Leo’s did. Leo’s failed to report the existing problem to us. We hired other plumbers to look at the plumbing and they all agreed that there was a problem and it should have been reported by Leo’s. Understandably, the buyers want the problem fixed. Although Leo’s failed to report the problem to us, they are unwilling to compensate us for the cost to fix the problem because they claim the problem is minor. The other plumbers disagree and state that the problem is significant. Regardless, Leo’s failed to report any problem and is now unwilling to take responsibility for the mistake it made.

They charged $165 to (mis)diagnose a water heater and then refuse to service it anyway because it came from Home Depot instead of from them (at triple the price). They felt the need to teach me a lesson. It worked, as I no longer call Olson for anything.

This rating is from myself & my daughter Theresa Nicholas (home owner) and involved a recall from a service call 2 days ago, different Tech. The Pueblo Tech who fixed this issue, water heater repair, was Greg M. He arrived early, quickly assessed the problem & proposed fix, returned promptly from shop with required part & upgrade, installed new,upgraded Thermocouple, determined root causes to the water heater, even took pictures with his phone to explain to me what he found, cleaned, modified to prevent recurrence, and returned water heater to service. All this within 1st min. labor hour charge! Fully explained what he did, parts replaced & why, and pointers for future, trouble free operation. Also, we were given a Discount since this was a re-call. Greg M. is an Outstanding Tech, ultra professional, followed PPE requirements, timely & skilled. David has come out to my house first regarding a busted pipe. He was fast and efficient. I called him out recently due to a leaking water heater.
He is professional and his prices are right. He's someone that listens to what you want. I plan to use him from now on for my plumbing needs.

These guys are great! They were prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly. They accidentally put a small dent in my broom closet door while taking the machine up the stairs and out of the house. Instead of just letting me discover it he was sure to point it out and offer to repair it which I appreciated. I would recommend Speer to anyone with plumbing needs!
