The person( sorry we can't remember his name) you sent took time to answer all our questions. He found the answers to the questions he did not have answers to. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Marcus Jackson came in late this afternoon for our annual furnace checkup and did another outstanding job. I've never had a Heat Depot employee in our home that wasn't competent and polite, answering my questions thoughtfully and winning my confidence. I like this company, having purchased two furnace and A/C units from them for different houses. As for Marcus, he is welcome back in our home anytime for furnace and A/C work. I can't say that about all of the workers we have had in our home from a wide variety of companies since moving to Denver over 14 years ago.

So incredibly thankful for this company and their kindness through a stressful time. They fixed our issue so quickly and talked us through the process in great detail. Very professional. I’m so happy to have a go-to plumber for emergency repairs that are so quick to respond. We will be using them for every job in the future and would highly recommend you do the same.

Carmine communicated well, was prepared for and undeterred by the inevitable curve balls that a 123 year old brick house can throw at you.

We noticed our AC wasn't really reaching the upstairs of our house and looking closer, there was some frost/condensation on the AC line that was a little worrying so we made a few calls over the weekend to try to get in somewhere. Not only did they answer promptly on a Saturday, the gentleman we talked to took the time to explain a fee 'this is what it could be' scenarios. They sent Mark out to us the next day who was professional, very nice and thorough in explaining exactly what was wrong and fixed it. All on a Sunday morning. All with extremely fair pricing. I can't tell you how thrilled we are. We will be staying with Comfort by Design for all of our HVAC needs in the future. We HIGHLY recommend!
