Affordable Plumbing & Heating was great to work with to help fix a drain blockage. Called the company and the person that answered was very friendly and helpful. Made our appt for the next day. The service technician was also very helpful, took time to explain the most likely problem we were having and had the drain open in about 1 hour. Highly recommend this company.

The problem was they came out they looked they said Yep you have a leak but we don’t work underneath prefab homes so I paid $160 for Yep you’ve got a leak but we can’t do anything about it. The plumber was nice he was congeal. He was very apologetic, that doesn’t do you much good when you’re handed out $160 and you still have a leak. The owner gave me a call that afternoon explaining I should not have been charged $160 and the next morning drove to my house to give me back my check so it’s a brand new company they’re working really hard like I said the plumber they sent out was was professional explained everything, they just don’t do crawlspace is under prefabs.

Jeremy is very professional. He responded quickly to my messages and quickly finished the job. We only use Jeremy for our plumbing and gas needs.

Charles was a life saver when he came out to fix a frozen pipe leak in the crawlspace at one of my clients home. He was professional, showed up when he said he would and found/repaired the leak in a timely manner. He even added insulation to pipes to prevent them from freezing in the future. I would definitely recommend Charles for your plumbing needs!

Marcos Vigil saved the day! After multiple frustrating attempts to fix our boiler's igniter (and after almost a month without reliable heat or hot water), Marcos arrived and very calmly identified the real problem and got everything working again. It's tough to find anyone in the local area who understands boilers well enough to troubleshoot, and we were incredibly thankful that Marcos was available to fix the boiler and get our house warmed up again.

Jason had come to my house to do an estimate for the AC installation and explained everything very clearly and professionally. The installation team (Matt and Shean) was excellent. Springs Rooter came out and cleaned our drain when another company could not clear the line.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

A different contractor did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). The job ended up dragging on for weeks. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. This trailer belonged to Olson Plumbing who was working as a sub for the other contractor. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail, which was never returned. Someone stopped that night (prime contractor) to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning. Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the “only way” they could do the job. When done, one individual (owner?) apologized for the intrusion and left.

These guys are awesome, incredibly honest and very responsive. Can’t recommend them strongly enough!
