They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. 2nd time I have to post this review because my first one got deleted. Seemingly a lot of other 1 star reviews got removed as well. This company said they would come out to install a chandelier for me, after waiting multiple weeks for an appointment. They just don’t contact me during my 3 hour window… I call 15 minutes before the time is up only to say they won’t make it. Had I not called they wouldn’t have called. Then I rescheduled a 2nd time this time 1st thing in the morning so they couldn’t ghost me again. Sure enough no call, no show. They didn’t even let me know! I had to call them to then say the techs had an emergency and they couldn’t get anyone to cover. I was 1st appointment in the morning! The lies and excuses are ridiculous. I get I’m not a priority but maybe it was because a chandelier install isn’t an opportunity to upsell unnecessary items and things. Go to the electric way, they are honest and hard working.

I used Jolly plumbing for a couple years at the behest of my property management company. For some reason Jolly must have gotten complacent in their assumption of my business and that I'm quite busy. By my rough estimate I think I've paid Jolly into the 10's of thousands (I own more than one older property that requires plumbing)
Since I don't think they publish their rates let me tell you about mine. One of their first jobs for me was in 2014 and the charge was $80/hr. This is quite high in my opinion but usually when you need a job done there isn't a lot of time for bids. The most recent non emergency job I had done by Jolly (and last as far as I'm concerned) they charged me for diagnosing the problem as well as a rate of 120/hr for the actual work. They ran two lines inside my apartment. To be frank it was quite half ass and I'm actually getting it looked again to see if it was up to code. This also means that for non emergency work their rates have gone up 40% which is far above any kind of inflation, just basic math.
I'm not sure what Jolly is up to exactly anymore. We've parted ways with our former management company but I'm sure they'll remain cozy with Jolly.

Jason was punctual, polite, friendly and professional. He did a great job getting my kitchen sink plumbing connected. My dishwasher and disposal are all connected and work great. Now I don’t have to do dishes in the bathroom anymore.😀
