My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Buyer beware, B&L is over charging the public by hundreds of dollars. I had B&l plumbing out to plumb my new home. Well they over tightened a clean out cap which caused it to break and leak, then they tried to charge 900 bucks to fix it when I had father and sons plumbing come out to do the job properly for 200 bucks including the parts. If you want excellent service call Father and Sons plumbing.

I had a sewer backup problem on May 18th. I called and they had a guy at my house within the hour. The guy said it would be $300 for one hour, if he went over it would be another $75. He then gave me the idea to call the utilities company to make sure it wasn't a city issue, I picked up my phone to do so at which point he says I can't wait here, I can either stay and do the job or you could give me $50 for coming out, I get paid per hour. The call took 5 minutes. I gave him a check for $50 and called Mr Rooter who did the job for half the price and had excellent customer service!!

It started off fine but they lost my confidence. I got multiple estimates for a plumbing issue. WireNut was not competitive at all. Paying $89 dollars for a dispatch fee for an estimate seems a bit excessive. Disappointed.I tried to communicate with the technician through phone calls the day of service and the explanation of what was needed was not at all clear.

Called and set up a service call. After waiting 4 hours and not hearing a word I called back to I'm just dispatch, they made sure to tell me that on both calls. They claim to have tried to call the plumber directly and he wasn't answering the phone. Another hour later I finally got a call from the plumber who said he lost my number and probably couldn't get to my leak until tomorrow afternoon or the next day.

The pipe under my kitchen sink was leaking. I easily made an on-line appointment, with a scheduled window of time. The day before the appointment, I had to change my scheduled window, I called and customer service was very accommodating with changing the time.On the day of the appointment, I received a call letting me know when the plumber would arrive. The plumber, Tanner MIller, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me a estimate of the work required, picked up the needed parts and efficiently fixed the problem.Tanner was polite, friendly, and very good at fixing the problem. He did a quick, neat job and I will continue to use Roto Rooter for my plumbing problems.

Revolutionary Kindness, indeed. We started experiencing issues (slow draining, bubbling toilet...signs of a backup) over New Years weekend, and reached out to Russ. He responded quickly via text from, of all places, Ohio, where he was visiting family for the holidays. Despite being out of town, helped me troubleshoot the issue and pointed me to an emergency plumber. How awesome was that?!
