Shane was incredibly patient and helpful as he worked with us in getting our kitchen sink, whole house sewer line and bathroom completely re-plumbed after our house sewer line backed up into the floors and walls of our bathroom requiring complete gutting and remodeling. Today was the 3rd or 4th time I have used this company. They saved me literally thousands on a sewer line repair compared to competitors quotes last year They have been honest, affordable, and timely on every job. I won't use anyone else.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

a good experience. The person taking my initial call was very courteous. I received an email confirmation right away. Rustin Jarnig was courteous and efficient. He did the job and cleaned up after he was finished. Like any service the price was a little high, but worth it in the end.
