Best Annual Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

I have used Leo’s Sewer, Drain & Plumbing for quite a few years. I have never been disappointed.

I cannot remember everyone’s name through the years that provided me service, but the genuine concern & professionalism is constant.

Today I discovered my drain pipes were so clogged with grease, it was a miracle that they drained at all.

I made a call to Leo’s (Jess & Jo) & I was treated with respect, and concern and they squeezed me in between scheduled calls, called back to let me know service was on the way.

Once Mikal and Cody arrived, the concern for my particular issue was thoroughly addressed and acted on with professionalism and concern.

These two worked in concert with each other like they’ve worked several jobs together.

They had the job done, double checked to ensure my issue was addressed completely and with minimal cleanup.

I would recommend Leo’s without reservation.

Matthew Bullock is one of the most professional guys I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. His attention to detail as well as his positive professionalism was amazing. He made me and my wife very comfortable as well as kept giving us updates along the way of the repair. He got the job done in a timely manner and triple checked his work. Dave was on time, very helpful, and explained everything he was doing. Helped out with our humidifier, taking the time to show me how to keep it in good working order. Needed a part for our furnace and he went to the warehouse, got the part and installed it. Highly recommend Comfort by Design.

Had Alex come out to repair an issue with my furnace, he was really efficient and got everything set up for the repair quickly.Update: the part required to repair my furnace was unavailable for a few days. Wirenut supplied me with multiple electric heaters free of charge to stay warm

HHS replaced my aging water heater and ran a gas line for me. The quote wasn't the lowest or the highest, but the guy that came to the house, (Scott) really seemed to know his stuff and was very nice and courteous. He respected my time and followed up at every step. The installers arrived on the scheduled date w/ a text beforehand with a photo of the tech to expect... that impressed my wife. Justin walked me through the install as described on the quote to verify accuracy and that there were no changes and then they got to work. They did the extra little bit I asked for and a little bit more. They asked questions when needed and informed me of locations and operations. Justin walked me through the completed job and made sure all the details were covered. I thought they were professional and competent and I believe the did an excellent job. I would hire them again and refer friends to them.
