I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Fantastic! Deigo really knows his stuff. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and asks questions to make sure you get what you expect. He re-did a job that a handyman company referred by Home Depot messed up so badly. When he was finished, it looked exactly how I had wanted it to. The price was very fair and he cleaned up after the job was finished. We have a plumber for life now! I'll never call anyone else!

HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jason and Mike!! They did incredible work on our house with the new furnace and AC install. We have an old home and doing big upgrades like that is a pain and they were able to work with us to get that done in the best way possible. Brandon was absolutely fantastic! Very informative and great quality work! We were able to get a same day appointment, Brandon showed up at noon (window was noon-2) and completed work within the hour! Will for sure recommend and will be a repeat customer!

Dusty J. came out to do an annual AC check and maintenance today. Home Heating staff had provided a 2-hour window for the service call, and Dusty showed up smack in the middle of the window. He also gave us the courtesy to call and let us know his ETA, which is was really helpful. He was able to perform the check-up and maintenance in a very efficient manner. While I was pretty convinced we would need a refrigerant recharge, he assured me that the coolant levels seemed fine, thereby saving us a ton of money. I appreciate such honesty. That's why we're long-time customers of Home Heating and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them! 5 stars all the way.
