I needed a new whole home / central humidifier installed because my old one kicked the bucket. I'm in the local construction industry and know that HVAC Solutions does great work on our commercial projects. I was really happy to hear they did residential projects as well. Jason came out to view my system and walked me through all the options explaining the pros and cons of each. We settled on one that was affordable and easy to maintain. He gave me a quote and we scheduled the install. Sean and another guy came out and did the install. They arrived early, wore booties, had all the correct parts, kept the area clean and tidy and had it installed very quickly. They walked me through how to maintain the new humidifier and where to get filters. Super professional, high quality install. Highly recommend.

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

Jeff and Greg did a great job repairing my well! They replaced the pressure switch and gauge and even removed and replaced pipe insulation. They installed my provided heat tape to ensure no more frozen pipes. I'm very grateful for good, consistant communication and timely work. Very affordable for this single gal. Thank you!

False information to make customers pay travel fee. We needed water softener plumbing done for our new system we ordered. I told the lady I wasn’t comfy with paying a travel fee without knowing the price range for plumbing for this type of work. She said it’s only a few hundred bucks and (even when they provide the water softener with it, it’s still $1200). Her plan worked. This caused us to say okay great we can pay for someone to come out. They quoted us $1750 for ONLY the plumbing installation. Not the water softener. They lied to get money from us. A couple hundred? That is manipulation of their customers. Do not go with bullseye! Waste of $70 travel fee to not be told what we were promised over the phone. We just bought a new house. We don’t have money to do this. She was clear in their prices are extremely lower than other companies. Disappointing

Well this is my 2nd time reaching out to wirenut. The first time they came out to fixed a non working outlet in my home. I asked them to confirm they were all working. They said they put electrical tape on the neutral line charged me $467 and they were out the door in about 30 mins. I still have one outlet that's not working. I had an issue with my furnace called them back Joseph Friel insisted I replace the water heater 40 gal for $3600 and my furnace for $8000. Before he addressed the furnace he aggressively explained I needed to replace my waterheater before I address the furnace. My furnace is working great after cleaning the sensor and I recently got my water heater replaced with a 50 gallon for 2900 versus the 3600 he wanted for a 40 gal. These guys are super expensive and Mr. Friel is a super pushy sales guy. I used to think these guys were solid until my last two interactions with them. Get some other estimates for yourself and you'll save yourself a ton of money!

Excellent service. Carlos was great! He got the swamp cooler going and made sure to explain what he saw with it. He also taught me how to use it, which was much appreciated since we’ve never had a swamp cooler before.Scheduling was quick and easy and the pricing fair. I definitely recommend using this company.
