We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). These guys were amazing. We had another company say that we needed a full repipe of our house and had given us an estimate at $6,200!! Western Peak Plumbing came in to give us a 2nd opinion and told us the problems were actually simple fixes and would cost us under $1,000. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and were great at communicating with us every step of the way. They really did come in and save the day!

Jeremy is my go to gas line install guy. I install landscaping and he installs all my gas lines needed for any customer. I have heard several times that him and the crew were amazing. I will continue using them on all jobs. Even if we have to wait a bit. Great service and prices.

Air Pros took over Wright’s and told us they would honor Wright’s warranties. Our warranty was not honored. They put in a new part and that part has a new warranty. They do not have a local address, the last we heard their phone center is in Florida. When the repair man came to our home, he was driving a Wright’s truck. He gave us his cell phone number for a contact, but it was out of service when we called. Several phone calls to the “manager” went unanswered. We are dissatisfied.
