I've had Rick over to my house 5 times. He's unclogged my kitchen sink, removed my old garbage disposal, soldered my hot water pipes, replaced a spigot, installed a gas line for my new oven, and lastly, relocated my toilet. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly make him my go to guy. He works quickly and does a stellar job. His prices are very reasonable and quotes are on point as well. Highly recommended.

Our water heater unexpectedly started leaking all over the floor today. Water Heater Pros saved the day. I called at 10am and they came at 1 pm same day no problems. Very professional, kind, and understanding. I had scheduled carpet cleaning for that morning and the guys respected my wishes and wore booties inside the house since everything was drying. The quote they gave me over the phone is what I paid even though they had to redo piping and move a gas line to get the water heater in. Pricing was super competitive and the quality of work was top notch. I will definitely be calling Water Heater Pros if this happens in the future. Thank you!!

I called and explained an electrical situation I had and they were ready to send a truck out that was $80 just to show up.I then called Mr. Electric and described the problem to them and they told me what to do to reset the breaker. Easy fix. Don't make the same mistake I made by making wirenut your first call. They gotta pay for that stupid costume somehow.

I have tried using this company at multiple different worksites and every time they have failed miserably. From their lack of decorum to their horrible service to installing things backwards. I will never use this company again!
