I had called around to a few places for a couple estimates after the daunting situation of the cast iron piping from my upstairs toilet fail on me the other day resulting in minor basement flooding. Jon was able to quickly get me on the books and scheduled for a pvc replacement the following day.. he was very understanding that it was quite the emergency around here with 3 kids. Money has been tight lately from the holidays still and I was worried about pricing. I feel incredibly lucky that I was both able to find someone who beat competitor pricing along with how quickly the turn around was on repair. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!!!!

I'm not sure if I have used this service before, but I just wanted to let the owner know that the address showing up on google search is wrong. I was doing a search on my house address and your business name showed up with my house address. I am sure it was a mistake but you might want to get that corrected or your customers might show up at my house looking for your business...just trying to help you out!

I know for a fact others would have spent less than a third of that time and give up on order to excavate and replace. I was having problems with a drain in my kitchen. I didn't realize that I had a major problem until I went down into the basement and water was everywhere. I contacted Plunger Plumber and they sent Kyle. He found the problem and repaired it but it didn't solve the problem. My house is old and there was a metal drain line that ran through the full extent of my basement. He figured out that this was the problem, gave me the cost to replace it. That pipe was completely blocked with years of waste. I am so glad that I called this company. Work was very professional and only took a few hours.

Called today thinking we would only get an estimate, but Parma/Metro Plumbers were able to schedule someone to fix a leaky tub faucet/toilet flush within 2 hours. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Will contact them again in the future for plumbing needs.
