I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing. Dan did a fantastic job at reasonable price. He was upfront with the cost and completed the job as described. He cleaned up afterwards and was very professional.

I have several rental building I can depend on Northeast Plum & Mech to always do a great job! When we had a pipe freeze in 13 they worked with my insurance to repair all the plumbing and heating. There was a lot of damage but a few days latter they got the heat back on and all the leaks fixed. My old plumber abandoned me when they saw the damage but NE Plum & Mech came through and got my tenants back into there apartments!!!

Very nice, professional staff and business. Great job instilling hot water heater tank. Will definitely use their services again. The installer did the job quickly, efficiently and beautifully.

This is the second time in about 4 months that I've had Killeen plumbing out for repairs on our home. Since it's an older home, we have random things crop up with the plumbing occasionally. Their service is fast and professional. Their customer service staff is responsive and helpful in getting a technician out quickly. We've been especially impressed with one of their technicians - Joe. We had a pretty significant issue with our sanitary sewer line and we were anxious to get it resolved before our extended family came in to visit for the holidays. Joe showed up right on time and jumped right into the repairs with confidence. He and Andrew worked hard to overcome a couple of challenges along the way, but through persistence, got our systems working again. Joe’s enthusiasm and generally great attitude are the main reasons that I’ll call Killeen any time I have a plumbing issue.

So glad we worked with Alex when our sump pump needed replacing! Alex was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us. We also really appreciated how clean and tidy Alex left our basement. Everything was well organized. Finally, Alex was able to help us very quickly after we called him. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again.

This company tried to hustle me into fixing a simple bathroom sink leak for nearly $700! What a joke.

I had 2 blocked drains, and they didn't fix either, but still charged me 300 bucks.
