My water tank broke with water pouring through out my living room and hall. I called and a plumber was here in 40 minutes and it was after 5 pm when this happened. He was nice and professional and did a great job getting me a new hot water tank. Great job!

Work done: fix leaks on 2 outside faucets, which required both repair and replacement work, outside and on the pipes inside the house. Superb quality work.

Overall, very pleased with the service. I set my appointment two weeks ago for the time frame for arrival between 8AM-10AM. I am understanding when other jobs may take longer and Killeen called to advise they were running behind schedule and called again when the plumber was on their way. I was not told about an $85 service call fee to obtain a quote regarding interior waterproofing. They wanted $17845 for an interior system. I went with a well known long time competitor for $7000. Total rip off in my opinion. I’ll never call them again.

Bad experience, they charge $95 for the estimate, I will newer call them again.

I had a sewer smell in the house and gurgling drains. I needed a new plumber because the current one was definitely not solving my problem. I got several estimates and CSDSP really stood out - professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Their camera was clear as day. Steve diagnosed sewer drain issues. He and owner, Chuck, provided an estimate for the work.

The sewer smell issue was identified when they dug down to the main drain pipe (cast iron) coming from the house. A totally separated sanitary sewer pipe had created a sink hole down to the footer. The sump pump was removing the sewerage. This was the source of the sewer smell.

Plumbing that was still attached to old septic system pipes that ran beneath my sunroom were rerouted to the inside basement wall exiting through the new sanitary pipe exit.

Trenchless piping was done from the connection with the city sewer through to the back corner of the house.
