Best Video Drain Inspections in Cleveland OH

My main drain clogged up with a root ball coming from a big silver maple tree on our property and flooded my laundry room. I called and Adam showed up within 45 min of my call. He made sure that the Water went down in the laundry room and made sure the main drain was all the way clear. He suggested a low cost preventive to buy me more time until the next time I will have to call them back because of the angry roots!!! Plumbing 911 is my go to for all things plumbing. We love Adam (my dog Zeus does too) and would not hesitate to have him back again for future plumbing issues!!!!

Al S. came to our rescue Saturday morning. A previous plumber did not complete the job from Friday. What started out as a small drip turned into a large leak. Al was able to repair the previous plumber's errors and make additional corrections. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge put my mother at ease immediately. (She felt that she was taken advantage by the previous plumber.) Al made several recommendations which will be completed in the future.

Paid Chris in excess of $22,000 to separate my sanitary and storm sewers, waterproof my basement and pour new concrete sidewalks. During construction, Chris, the plumber that I hired who owns NE Plumbing & Mechanical, was nowhere to be found. Instead, I had nothing but laborers working on my property, if they even bothered to show. No supervision whatsoever! For such a complex project, I would expect supervision. They had my property torn up for a month. They tore it up, then abandoned my project to go work on other jobs while on my dime. Then came the mad rush to wrap it all up in a couple days.
3 months after the concrete was poured, my sidewalks began to fail, crumbling, flaking. We had a drought for the most part for much of the summer. So now we are finally starting to get significant rainfalls, and what do I have? Water in my basement! Are you serious? It's actually WORSE now then before the project was started!
My advice is to seek a different contractor, someone reputable. This guy is not. I could go into MUCH greater detail about my overall experience with this company, but I will be writing a short novel. Awful awful experience & I will be seeking litigation against this company!

I own a water hauling company and was recently hired to fill a temporary potable tank for a national company during their new construction. Fred & Joey were hired the daunting task of installing the water system and a additional water line so I could fill the system. They faced many challenges on this project.
