Probably will never use this company.. Can't say their service is good or not because they failed to show up at their scheduled time.. I even called the company asking where the technician was and the lady that answered basically scolded me for calling (as I was misinformed that the time was between 12-4 not 12-2), saying this was the busy season and I was not high on their priority list. Kinda agitated by this, I KINDLY thanked her and told her that the women I scheduled the appointment must have told me the wrong time and I'll be home all day so it won't be an issue, I just hope the service is better the professionalism I'm receiving over the phone. Yeah, 4 o'clock rolls around and guess who still isn't at my house or even a courtesy call..

I am so grateful that the plumbing issues in my home have been resolved, and am 100% confident in the work that David did. He was so courteous, and explained the approach to fixing the problems thoroughly. I was kept informed of the process in real time and with explanations of the problems (and even pictures) in my fixer upper, which can have its own special challenges. The toilets and sink actually work now, and I know they are fixed right.David was so pleasant to work with. I really appreciate that he made the job less stressful for me.And yes, I will be calling soon for another new project. Confidence in the quality of work they do is #1 for me, and the professionalism and kindness of all of the staff is much appreciated.I know with Wyatt Works I can expect excellent service which gives me peace of mind.God bless you all 🌸

The technician they sent out was very polite and answered any questions I had to ask. My furnace was blowing out cold air so he did a diagnostic test on it. He said it needed to be cleaned and he made sure everything was running right before he left. He also checked the thermostat. He did an excellent job. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend them again if I had any more problems with my furnace.
