Best Professional Drain Cleaning in Cleveland OH

Our experience was prompt & professional, performed for an emergent issue that was causing us water in our basement. They were extremely knowledgeable with our problem and thorough with the repair. They even offered us advice on how to avoid the problem moving forward. We have not had any issues since our repair. Highly recommend for any size job.

They tried to unclog my drain from the tee to the street. Then tried a larger machine that broke. Then the city of lakewood cleared the clog at no charge. Call city first and save $690.00

i hired invisible excavations to jet out my daughters down spout lines in University Heights, they came out charged me $900.00 and left, no follow up! i called days later and asked if everything was clear , ( i had a concrete guy waiting to pour patio & sidewalk) first response was , yes pour the concrete! then i received a phone call from them saying, hold off there is a problem with one of the lines!
that's the last that i have heard from them! i have made 3 calls back, and no return follow ups from them! as of today (4-24-2020), the concrete is on hold!
i am looking for a contractor to come & get the job done!

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..

Made an appt last week for their HVAC tech to look at my mom's thermostat. Appt was for today 8-9am. I took a half day off work, drove 45 minutes to be at her house at 8 AM, only for the tech to not show up. I called at 9 & was told he was running late. I called again at 10 & was told that I was his next stop. at 10:30, they called to tell me he had a flat tire & hadn't been in yet today.

I wasted a half day of PTO and a 90 minute round trip on them. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. It's one thing to have an issue come up, but it's how you handle it. They could have called to let me know, or even been honest in my first two calls in.

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy because we had a hot water heater issue and a few other small issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Edmond was our technician and did a great job. Turns out, we needed to replace our hot water heater and he was back first thing the next morning ready to install. Service was great, the pricing was fair, and the process was painless. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend!

They are very professional and solved the problem very soon. I can't believe the rate they charged, because the others told me much much higher than ARS. Amazing job!

I called due to a hole discovered in my 4 waste stack pipe. They were very responsive and were able to get a plumber out the same day (yesterday) to look at it and give me an estimate. The plumber had a welcoming personality and took a look and worked up a price on the stack. This is where things turned my stomach. After working up the price he looked at me with a straight face and told me the cost would be $3871.00. When I immediately expressed my shock and told him that was outrageous, he then told me he could drop the price to $2500.00 without getting into too much trouble. I thanked him and excused his service. I told him that I like to break things down and that even at the $2500 estimate, if they bill his time out at $100.00 per hour, would be 25 man hours. I told him that I felt at worst this would be a 8 hour job as I was opening up the walls for their access so all they had to do was the plumbing. He stated that it would be an 8 hour job which makes his billable rate at $312.00. Now please keep in mind that I am not calculating material into these quick figures but the cast wye needed is available for under $200.00. If you calculate his hourly rate at the original $3871.00 it would be $483.86. I haven't even paid attorney's (partners at law firms) that kind of money. He then left and I sat there in utter disbelief. I have been in the construction business for over 43 years and in my opinion, this is absolute robbery. I ( and some other construction friends agreed) this should have been a $500-$1000.00 job. I called their office back to express my mindset and although they were very nice over the phone, the lady asked if I would like to speak with a manager, of which I said yes. I waited several minutes before hanging up the phone with no one ever coming to the phone. I truly feel bad for people (single moms, people not in the trades) that are not familiar with how much work should cost and, in my opinion, are being taken advantage of. I explained to the lady on the phone I did not understand why they would come out with a 33+% price reduction within 30 seconds of the plumber understanding I knew the price was outrageous. That in of itself tells me these guys are not looking out for customers but instead getting whatever they can out of the UN-informed public. I fixed it myself today and my 12 year old son helped. We were done in 4 hours. I'm not saying to not use this contractor, what I am saying is do your homework before committing.

Tim is the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. Tim examines the issue after arriving promptly and took the time to explain some of the quirks of the 100 year home we just recently purchased. We discussed what the varying options were and then had a recap on how to best move forward after the work was done, as the pipes and design itself are causing the issue. He made the draining better and also cleaned up. I am happy that he was recommended to us. Great guy and amazing professional.
