Steve came out, gave me a good estimate. I had him come out the next week.. Fast, efficient, one of the best estimates and did a great job. My toilets are quiet as a church mouse now. Plus they have a one year warranty. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

A good customer experience begins with the point of contact and progresses through ease of scheduling, punctuality, the actual work, cost, then satisfaction. Although I believe that the cost was a bit high, I was thoroughly satisfied with all the other aspects. The only critical thing I could share was that I called Mr Rooter as soon as my part arrived at 10:30 AM. The employee who answered the phone did not note on the order that my part had arrived. I received a call at 4:42 PM to let me know that the technician was on his way and she mentioned that there was no notation added to my order. Ultimately things worked out, just a small snafu in communication. Simone was my initial point of contact and totally rocked it. Nick was my technician, and he also was courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend Mr Rooter to family and friends.
