Chris has come out many times. Chris is always on time and nice to talk to. It is great he comes out and makes sure we are set for winter and summer every year. He knows all the equipment and does a great job every time. This time he was training a new person which is great. Thank you for keeping us comfortable all year round.

Mike and his team are fantastic! Mike clearly cares about his customers and meeting their needs. They respond quickly and there was great communication. We had a new dishwasher installed by a large wholesaler and almost from the beginning it wasn't draining properly. We had the installers back but they didn't solve the problem.
Dustin managed to troubleshoot the issue and within 30 minutes the dishwasher was operating properly.
We have used Neptune on several occasions both personally and commercially and we find them to be a top notch service; on time, reasonably priced, with quality workmanship. We highly recommend their service.

I had called around to a few places for a couple estimates after the daunting situation of the cast iron piping from my upstairs toilet fail on me the other day resulting in minor basement flooding. Jon was able to quickly get me on the books and scheduled for a pvc replacement the following day.. he was very understanding that it was quite the emergency around here with 3 kids. Money has been tight lately from the holidays still and I was worried about pricing. I feel incredibly lucky that I was both able to find someone who beat competitor pricing along with how quickly the turn around was on repair. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!!!!

So glad we worked with Alex when our sump pump needed replacing! Alex was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us. We also really appreciated how clean and tidy Alex left our basement. Everything was well organized. Finally, Alex was able to help us very quickly after we called him. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again.

I was impressed with this company from the initial phone call through the follow-up. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The work was done immediately when I approved the estimate, and I was given a couple applicable discounts. My contractor is the one who recommended Mr. Rooter because he has used them before, and it was a great recommendation. I will keep them in mind if I need work in the future.

Justin is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He fixed the mess another plumber had made in my house and suggested an update to improve the efficiency of my installation. He communicated with me effectively, he was punctual and he got the job done at an affordable price. I will call North Ohio Sewer & Drain for my plumbing needs if they keep sending Justin my way.
