Welll.. I called them. They set a time. I called them again less then an hour before they were supposed to arrive to my house. I already went out of work to meet with them. Only then, he told me that they won't be able to come that day. After few hours he called again (when was driving kids around) and told me that he can come... seriously??

Sanitary line was slow to drain. Cleaned out the line. We need to wait to see if the problem was corrected or if more needs to be done.

I called Formica and same day they had someone out to clear 2 drains for me! Thank you!
