Best Plumbing in Cleveland OH

They service my furnace that was working, and it’s not. Each time they came back it was something different, and now they want me to get a new furnace with them. I got a second opinion and they said that the work was done wrong. Then they put a big sticker on my furnace like that did a good job. My furnace is not working!!!!!!!

The man who did the repairs was quite good. very helpfull ie. extra trip for two space heaters, knowledgable pleasant polite and patient about explaining and showing me wh at was wrong. Also it was the extra mile the man on the phone went to locate the needed part. Extremely appreciated by yours truly.

This is a fantastic, honest company! They were able to completely resolve an emergency issue other plumbers wanted thousands of dollars to fix for a fraction of the price. The plumbers who performed the work showed up on time and were very nice and professional. So happy to have found an honest plumbing company - if I ever need to call a plumber again, it will absolutely be Plumbing 911.

Decent plumber

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

PLEASE DO NOT scammed by using this service! All reviews are Bad..except the ones from family members...we ordered glass block windows in March ..Steve and his girlfriend came to my home played like they were measuring..got $800. deposit from us..and ran off..all of their photos of work are from family member homes..took them to court last month We won but they did Not show up of course..I'm not sure if they have a gambling or drug problem..but something is definitely wrong..I pray they will eventually get their lives in order..SCAM!!
