Wyattworks was so responsive to an urgent plumbing concern the day we had a guest arriving. The plumbing tech, Billy, was knowledgable and courteous. Based on their responsiveness, we will be calling on Wyattworks for future plumbing needs.

Used Killeen Plumbing based on a reference from a family member who was overly satisfied with their service. When I first contacted Killeen and explained my issue they informed me the county I live in provides the service for free--I was amazed with their honesty. Despite that, I decided to go with the professionals at Killeen instead of going with free. I made the right choice. Team Andy and Andy arrived early, pinpointed the issue within minutes, explained the entire process, and were able to resolve the issue in fifteen minutes. I asked them about scheduling additional work to clean out a driveway stormwater drain and they took care of it right then and there. Awesome experience from the moment I called to when Andy and Andy completed the work. Service was above and beyond and the price was a great value. Would recommend Killeen Plumbing to anyone.

I had called around to a few places for a couple estimates after the daunting situation of the cast iron piping from my upstairs toilet fail on me the other day resulting in minor basement flooding. Jon was able to quickly get me on the books and scheduled for a pvc replacement the following day.. he was very understanding that it was quite the emergency around here with 3 kids. Money has been tight lately from the holidays still and I was worried about pricing. I feel incredibly lucky that I was both able to find someone who beat competitor pricing along with how quickly the turn around was on repair. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!!!!

Greg the plumber was very helpful and courteous and friendly, and was very kind to my dog! :-) He seemed very skilled in diagnosing the problem and answering all my questions. He took time with me to make sure I fully understood what was going on. I also worked with project manager Corey, who helped me understand the cost of the project and the various options moving forward. I'm going to need a fairly big project done so it was important that I understood, and it was important that they take the time to help me understand so that I can be present and accountable as the project progresses. I also worked with John with the water mitigation team, and he was responsive and knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out my insurance and getting things filed, which I greatly appreciate it. They still have to do a good amount of the work, so I totally give five stars to their diagnostic and project planning work. Now we wait and see how the rest of the big project goes in terms of installation and staying close to schedule. I'm expecting very good things from the whole team. I should note that I'm disabled, and thus far everybody on the team has been very helpful in accommodating me as this project progresses. I appreciate that almost as much as I appreciate the kindness all of them showed to my dog! :-)

The recent hit of severe winter weather took its toll on our 83 year old home when a pipe burst and water covered every corner of the basement. We contacted The Plumbing Solution immediately after the insurance company. We had used The Plumbing Solution in the past and were so impressed with their work that we didn't even consider calling anyone else. The husband and wife team are professional, very knowledgeable and quick to assess the damage. In this case, we had a peculiar situation as the pipe was located in an awkward area in the wall next to the dishwasher. Also, the way the tiles had been installed made it an even bigger challenge for them to remove the dishwasher. Because of their tenacity, what they predicted to be a four hour job was only three hours. What impressed me most was how well they worked with the insurance company and that they did the work as promised late into the evening even after having a very challenging day of other repair problems similar to ours. We are very grateful to them because we were able to use our bathroom and shower again instead of traveling back and forth to our neighbors. Thank you Mike and Dawn for coming to the rescue.
