Best Kitchen Remodeling in Cleveland OH

My experience with H. Jack's has been nothing short of excellent. I'll make four points about H. Jack's:

1. Every single employee is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

2. H. Jack's is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. This isn't guy with a plumbing truck...these are experts who know what they are doing and have the resources to complete any job.

3. H. Jack's is a company that stands behind its work...period. I've done lots and lots of work at my house with H. Jack's and there have been some issues that required more than your typical service - they've never let me down - ever. I call, they answer and show up on time.

4. I like to work with nice people that treat me fairly. John, the owner, and Patrick, the #2, are class acts who understands customer service. Jeff J., their top technician, has spent days at my house on various projects - he never let me down and when the problems seemed almost unfixable, he rolled up his sleeves and got the job done for me.

I know that this review probably sounds like it was written by someone at H. Jack's...it wasn't. I'm a regular guy that doesn't mind paying a touch more for best-in-class service.

5 stars for Five Star!!!! Five Star Plumbing and Heating definitely lives up to the name. I always receive better than five star service with Kamran! Kamran is an excellent plumber who does great work for an honest price. He is courteous, thorough and convenient. I have used him multiple times from simple repairs (faucets and clogged drains) to the installation of an entire bathroom, including tiling and flooring!! I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Heating and will continue to be a life-long customer!

Highly impressed with the quality of the workmanship! The tradesmen are all employees and take pride in the job they do. The owner, Jerry, was very helpful and thorough. Elise was great to work with for decorating ideas. They completed the job on time as well. Very professional! Would definitely use them again.

Johnny and Gino did a great job. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been using this company for years and have always been very satisfied. They usually come the same day I call.

The tech (Chris) was very courteous and knowledgeable. Able to help promptly and cost for an emergency after hours call was reasonable.

Pleased to have used Neptune again for residential services. Technician was professional, polite and informative while explaining the services required and provided. I will be pleased to utilize Neptune's services in the future.

I have a restaurant. The Alert Pioneer Plumbing company has done several plumbing projects for the restaurant. Some projects required in depth evaluation and investigation. Some jobs were simply upgrading existing plumbing. Fred is an expert. He is a true professional in his trade. His work is an exception value.

Replaced my hot water tank and renovated both of my bathrooms. Every time Renewal has come to my rescue the work has been done in a timely manner and reasonably priced. I have recommended Renewal to others and will continue to do so.
