H Jack's installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. Not only did they gave us a good quote - the crew was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and on-time. They even cleaned up each day after they were finished!!! I highly recommend them.

Five Star Plumbing and Heating has provided us with fantastic service since we have moved to the area. Same day service, EVEN ON A SATURDAY!
They always take the time to explain exactly what is going on and provide all options that are available to you. More than fair pricing and a company that knows how to make a customer feel valued. Most recently, we needed to have a new water heater installed. We knew just who to call. Kamran and his team did a fantastic job on the install and displayed a high level of service and professionalism. He even installed a second shut off valve to ensure my vertically challenged girlfriend would have access!

I am what you would call useless when it comes to home repair. I called Ben Franklyn, Roto Rooter, and they all wanted $59.00 just to drive to my home. Dan came out when I requested, at my convenience, at no charge. He gave me a fair price, did great work, and even installed a shower head at no additional charge because he finished the job early. He was a tremendous help now, twice. He recently fixed a water line on my fridge as well. When I had people ballpark me over the phone, Dan was cheaper, and came out at a better time. He told me what he'd do before anything was done, and lived up to what he promised, which was quality.

I would highly recommend this plumber again, and I will have him back at my home to do further work. He's been a huge help to me and my family.

2/25/23 - Edward W. was very professional and a joy to work with. He took the time to explain things and assessed our current plumbing with recommendations. We would definitely have him and Wyatt back for any future plumbing repairs!Update: 3/22/23 - Edward returned with Mike to replace our in-house water main shut-off valve and faulty pressure valve. They also removed our old, heavy (cracked) concrete wash basin and replaced it with a new resin basin and fixtures. Very happy with the work!

Plumbing Source came out to check on leaking toilet. It looks like they fixed it. However, when we asked if they could look at the kitchen sink and see if he could replace the faucet because it was also leaking, he said no (didn’t even look at it) and that we would need a whole new sink and that he could not do it. We asked a handy family friend to come over and look at it and he replaced the faucet and installed a soap dispenser in 10 minutes. It was pure laziness and unprofessionalism on plumbing sources part. Will not be using them again, and will also tell our family and friends to not use. What a disappointment.

Dustin replaced my kitchen faucet and sink, and removed the garburator. He also replaced some of the plumbing system with a new access for service. Awesome service from a very professional young man. Definitely recommend Neptune Plumbing.

Greg was the name of the tech that came to my property. He was VERY professional and shared his knowledge with me. He gave very good advice and was helpful. When it came to pricing Greg went through every option and did not push any option on me. He made me feel confident in my decision. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter and if any emergency happens in the future I will be using them.

Scheduled for them to handle a very messy clogged sewer main drain problem at my business . And was on time and professional. Went above and beyond with cleaning up the mess and fixing the problem in a timely manor . A job that was estimated at $1500.00+ he came and did it for a 3rd of the cost waiving a few fees aswell . Definitely will be recommending this business and using them in the future .

I am VERY pleased with the service I received! They were responsive, on time, up front and honest about costs, professional, and thorough! The problem was fixed quickly, with no mess to clean up, and the hourly fee was quite reasonable. I will be using the Alert Pioneer Plumbing Company for future work.

We've hired Matthew twice to help with some repairs on our plumbing. Both times he has been very professional and efficient, and we have not had any issues with either repair since. We'll definitely be calling him again in the future!
