Had furnace cleaned & serviced. Technician was prompt, efficient and he answered my questions. He also explained why the filter should be changed on a regular basis.

Five Star Plumbing and Heating is great! I called to schedule an installation and removal of a dishwasher, got an appointment right away. Kamran is very professional and does a wonderful job. He removed the old dishwasher and even placed it on the curb for me. He was able to replace the old with the new in just a little under an hour. He gave me a great price, will definitely give Five Star a call for all my plumbing needs.

I had water leaking into the basement from my kitchen drain pipe and called1st Choice Plumbing as i have used them in the past with very good results. Dan is a very professional and trustworthy plumber who diagnosed the issue and explained the course of action to remedy. As usual, Dan did not attempt to upsell me but did make recommendations on what to watch for in the future.

He fixed the issue in short order at a reasonable price. Finding an honest, dependable and reliable plumber is important to me, and i certainly recommend and suggest 1st Choice Plumbing

Dominic was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Impressed work had life time warranty. The only reason I didn’t go with them was scheduling. I have used them in the past and will use them again!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Months and months of waiting for a bathtub to shower renovation turned into pipes leaking and needing the job done asap. Once we told Litts we would be doing business elsewhere if they couldn’t do the job they promised it was “oh we can be there on Monday!”
Seemed like no communication between Jerry, demo, plumbers, or anyone else. One guy would come out and do one thing for 4 hours and leave for the day. Wasting over half of a day of work. This project took about a month and was never completed. Outlet covers were never given to us, multiple bathroom tiles were BROKEN. When Jerry came to see how the work was going he brought up the tiles being “loose” I said they weren’t broken or chipped at all before your guys came into my house. His response was we can get some tile out here and fix that up for ya.. yeah I’m sure for another $2,000.. also charged $1000 for a “specialist” to locate a manifold that our house does not have. I was told multiple times the house didn’t have one, but the guys still tried to find it for 2 days.
I was hopeful this would turn around but it never did. After 12+ random men freely walking in and out of my house the shower doors finally being put in after WEEKS of having to go to family’s houses to shower daily.. water leaks all over the floor… such a waste of time, energy, and so much money. 10/10 do NOT recommend..

A gas leak was detected due to an energy efficiency inspection So totally unexpected
The plumbing source was able to move some things around to get us in on a Friday afternoon so we wouldn’t be without gas all weekend
Dennis was very professional, and fixed our leak making sure there wasn’t any thing else
We had gas by 5:30 pm and were all set for our company staying over the weekend

Paul is the best! He's done work on my property before and does great work. Being a out of state landlord can be challenging but Roto Rooter makes it easy.

We had a backed up sink on our first floor. It was around the holidays and we were having family come over. I called Roto-Rooter early the day after a holiday. They picked the call right away and I dealt with a very friendly and courteous individual who asked me a series of questions. I was fully expecting an appointment a few days out but they scheduled a time for that morning that was convenient to me. A little while later I was contacted by their dispatcher who confirmed my appointment and indicated that the technician was on the way. 5 minutes later Larry arrived. He was very friendly and professional. He assessed the issue including tracing my line in the basement and provided me an estimate of his work. He cleaned the sink line all the way to my main line and provided my tips on sink line maintenance that was greatly appreciated since I have 4 daughters and lots of hair traveling through my lines! Larry was thorough and cleaned the area where he performed the work. In short, he was great and I highly recommend both Larry and Roto-Rooter for fast, cost-effective, quality work.

I'm so beyond thrilled with these folks! Matt and Michael were super professional, persistent with getting the job done (plumbing issue), and just over all a pleasure to work with! So grateful to find folks who can respond to a call so quickly AND do good work.
