VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.

Mike Bemer & his apprentice were personable, very competent, showed up on time and very willing to answer questions - that they were not being paid for. Installation and repair took less time than predicted and came in at 2/3 their estimated cost. Bemer is a family firm we have used previously - eight years ago. They still do excellent work.

Was working in my apartment and took it upon themselves to vandalize my surfboard. Not sure why. So maybe watch your belongings if they are around.

I can’t say enough about this company. I own a 100 year old house, so needless to say I’ve had to hire contractors throughout the years. I had the best experience with Alert plumbing by far! They are reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable, what more could you ask for?

This company is really Amazing, their services was phenomenal. Mathew was very professional, attention to detail, personable, I had value for my money , the cost of repair was fair.
