I've used the plumbing source on several different occasions. Always happy with the quality of service. My plumber today was Jesse. Did an awesome job. Highly recommended.

My call was scheduled with Orlando and George on the same day of service. Roto-Rooter worked around my schedule without any hesitation.I was impressed with their service and attitude.

My water system was installed by these guys, and I couldn't be happier! Everyone delivered professionalism, kindness, and productivity.

Very friendly and knowledgeable but found new hot water tank at a better price.

My experience with Arya #3978 was very good. He was thorough in explaining every detail for what needed to be done. Michael #1258 had to join him the second day to complete the work. They both were polite and courteous. Both let me know every step of work that had to be done and took out the time to show me what was the issue that caused my plumbing problem. I do have other work to be done and I will be requesting them for the job.

I contacted C & S Plumbing after locating them online for my new commercial space in Parma. They were extremely professional and responsive. This type of company is hard to come by and I am so glad I was able to have them work on my space. The work was done with incredible care and without business disruption—everything was also cleaned up and left spotless after the project. The commercial states $79 for camera inspection for sewer line. Then when you call you are told there would be a $89 service call in addition they say in the commercial don't get rootered. They are the ones advertising fraudulent sales tactics. Do not trust a company that lies to you before even meeting you. Very shady!!!!

I can not believe this commercial is still on I just saw it again. I wish I had the money to take them to court for taking advantage of people that are going thru a very painful time. Basement flooding not only is very expensive to deal with but it is the history of family photos that is the most heartbreaking. They are gone forever 😢

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.

Jerry and his crew know what they’re doing. I love that he is always looking to get improved products on the market. They replaced our old toilet with a new one that is much more efficient and uses a lot less water.
They are punctual and neat. No need for a big cleanup after they leave.

I had a leak in my bathroom, and I couldnt find out where it was from. I called the emergency Cleveland Plumber, even though I am in Lakewood, and they came out within an hour. The technician found my leak behind the shower and managed to fix it with a few gaskets he had in his truck. Instead of a few thousand dollards of repairs, it was a much better price. He also serviced my water heater so it would last through the winter.

They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumbing service in Clevelnad.
