Roto Rooter did an excellent job. I had drainage issues and they came out At 8pm and gave me a quote. After using a snake cam, they found pipes to be have complete corrosion. They were able to have someone back next day and installed new PVC piping in the 1st and 2nd floor. Quality and service were great

My experience with Matt from Roto-Rooter in Cleveland was superb. He was courteous, capable, competent and provided excellent customer service. After having chronic plumbing issues for quite a while, I discovered my first sewage back-up and needed help and called Roto-Rooter. Matt and his colleague, Jim, were able to identify the root cause of my problems and then offer me options for how it could be fixed, for the long term. They didn't just offer me ways I could keep putting a Band-Aid on it, which clearly had not worked. I could not be more pleased with how the service went today and I look forward to the completion of the project which they were able to schedule for tomorrow morning, even though it requires different equipment and a different crew and it is the weekend. CLE Plumbing did an amazing job at my house. They removed an antiquated shower system, installed a new shower system and dealt with all the unexpected issues that arise in old homes...
They also gave me the option of repairing the existing antique system, not just insisting on tearing out and replacing with new. It is clear they are able to work on old houses with a delicate touch if requested, or completely renovate.
Their prices are fair and reasonable and after owning houses for 20 years and working with a lot of plumbers I can confidently say that this is the best plumbing available in Cleveland.

My water shut off valve was soldered in the open position and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing tech and Justin came out to replace the valve and my deck and garage valves for my faucets. Everything went perfect that day as when Justin arrived, the water dept came to shut off the water at the curb for Justin to complete the work. I want to thank Justin for his knowledge and a job well done!!!!

This was the best customer service i’ve ever had. The Tech quickly assess the problem made recommendations and unclog the toilet so me and my family could flush it. Also they were here within an hour. Highly highly recommend.

Called on a Sunday after my 2 year old nephew put a toy down my toilet. Domenick was over within 15 minutes and quickly fixed our bathroom. He is very professional and friendly! Will definitely be using him again in the future!

Very expensive not worth it charged $250.00 just for a rubber seal inside my toilet ridiculous!!

Problem with the newly installed heat pump/ac unit tripping the breaker. Costly fix that was not part of the warranty. The response was quick on Sunday evening and returned on Monday morning. Replaced the breaker, but still having difficulty keeping constant heating regulated. Text back, now waiting for a response.

They were able to come out the same day and fix the leak we had under our sink. Excellent work for a very fair price, I would recommend using them
