The Plumbers were amazing! They came out and walked through our new home to go over our inspection report and helped us determine what needed to be fixed. They replaced our water heater and in that process figured out we had a gas leak. We were able to get centerpoint out to fix that. On top of all that, the home we're renting had a water main leak outside and they were able to come over after a full days work at our new home to fix the leak and replace the broken shut-off valve. I am so very impressed with these gentlemen! Thank you!!

We found the service from Neptune to be a pleasing experience and the technician very efficient. The company is also very professional to deal with. Fees are reasonable and our technician Scott Kirkwood was very informative, professional, extremely competent, and presented us with options for our issues. From the initial emergency call until the drivers left, they were very courteous. The drivers arrived within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and thorough in explanation of their services as well as the issue I was having. Did a main line sewer clean and clean up. Explained the process step by step allowing me to see exactly what was being done. Upon completion, they gave recommendations for what all would need to be done in future, leaving me totally at ease. Josh was great. He came out on the first trip (no cost) to assess the situation. Was very straight forward on what steps would need to be taken to resolve. Scheduled him to come back out and he took cautionary steps up front to ensure minimal disruption to my tile and walls. He found the problem, repaired it and cleaned up. Awesome work and workers cleaned up everything very neatly......would highly recommend to a friend! We have tried to get them to come back 3 times now to explain the cleanout valve since 8 months ago and no one has showed up it's not very good customer service

The Tech Larry was very professional and took care to wear a mask when entering my home during this Covid-19 crisis. As always he did the tune-up quick, and safe. I have been using Pompeii's for years and they have always been professional, responsive and friendly. I have never had to have them return to correct something they have done. I would high recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.

Went above and beyond with cleaning up the mess and fixing the problem in a timely manor . A job that was estimated at $1500.00+ he came and did it for a 3rd of the cost waiving a few fees aswell .
