I had a friend refer me to Dan after advising me to have old valves replaced on my manifold. The price Dan quoted sounded reasonable (you always kind of brace yourself with plumbers!), and it was good to feel secure in the knowledge that he would do an excellent job. Which he did. Not only that, but I felt completely comfortable leaving him working in my house, allowing me to go back to work, thus saving me money! After he finished, Dan texted me photos and a description of the completed work.
I couldn't have asked for more, especially in the trust factor.

Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! I hired Neptune in 2020 to install new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. Ben Newman did all the installations and continues to visit periodically for maintenance. He is very professional and explains everything so I can understand. Always on time for appointments and never tries to sell me anything I do not need. I do not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone.

This was our first experience with the Approved Plumbing Company and we could not be more pleased. It started with Sharon in scheduling who could not have been more empathetic to our issue. She worked diligently to get us scheduled and when an earlier time slot opened she was on the phone immediately to let us know of the better time slot.

Service Tech Carl was prompt and right on time. Conscious of COVID issues he was masked, booted and appropriately social distant. His explanation of the work throughout the process was very professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks and functions great!

The team at HJacks was wonderful. They were responsive and on time for the initial appointment. They crew made the necessary assessment and provided an estimate. Once instance approved the work, the team was quick to return and start the work. Joe and his 2 helpers got the excavation done quickly and covered up the carpeting to not track dirt. Joe followed up each day about the work progress and once the inspection was performed, he called to confirm his return trip to wrap up the installation work. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.
