Best Hot Water Tank Installation in Cleveland OH

After another plumber no-showed on me twice, I contacted Hjacks. On 1-13 two techs arrived and assessed my situation of a leaking kitchen sink drain as well as the bathroom sink shut off valves/lines leaking. The initial estimate was obscene at $2100+. These issues were above ground, requiring no digging. I cancelled the bathroom job and switched focus to just the kitchen sink drain..$500. I figured the guys would run down to the home Depot 5 minutes away and get the necessary parts to do the repair the same day. ??? No, they instead scheduled the job a week later, partly due to my work schedule. We agreed they would show up at 10am today's date. After 11 and 12 o'clock passed with no sign of them, I called the main number at 12:55 and was told by a woman I was on a schedule window of 10-Noon. There was never a discussion of a window from the techs. 10am was the time...period. Regardless, they were late even for their quoted window. I cancelled their services. 5 minutes later I receive a call from Ben who offered me a 10% discount if I kept them on the job, but he would have to reschedule me for...next week. No thanks. Piss Poor Professionalism.

My old air conditioner broke down in this heat. I called Smylie, they came out, even one of the owners checked it out. The tech fixed it and all is so coooool!!! Smylie never disappoints me.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with an issue with my mother’s outdated garbage disposal and getting it replaced. I called early this morning and had assistance before noon today. Keeping things short we got an incredible new garbage disposal installed at a very reasonable price. This is now our go-to business for any of our future plumbing needs. Sean ran an underground gas line from our basement to our backyard for a firepit, hooked up the fire pit to the gas line once the patio was poured, and fixed our laundry room trap shoot so it didn’t smell anymore. He was always on time, responsive, professional, reasonably priced and got the job done. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I am what you would call useless when it comes to home repair. I called Ben Franklyn, Roto Rooter, and they all wanted $59.00 just to drive to my home. Dan came out when I requested, at my convenience, at no charge. He gave me a fair price, did great work, and even installed a shower head at no additional charge because he finished the job early. He was a tremendous help now, twice. He recently fixed a water line on my fridge as well. When I had people ballpark me over the phone, Dan was cheaper, and came out at a better time. He told me what he'd do before anything was done, and lived up to what he promised, which was quality.

I would highly recommend this plumber again, and I will have him back at my home to do further work. He's been a huge help to me and my family.

I have had Chris do a number of jobs for me now. He and his team are excellent. They are truly experts. so much so that I have had other contractors tell me how great their work is, which is pretty rare and a big compliment. Chris is a very good problem solver and has helped me resolve a couple difficult issues. I always work with Chris because he is reliable and professional.

The 2 gentleman showed up a few minutes early and then they went to work. They had mom's bathroom toilet working in only a half hour. Both guys were very friendly. I will be calling them again if I need a plumber. Thanks again for fixing the Queen's throne.

We had a master bathroom tore down and completely remodeled as well as had a new water heater installed. Big Bear did a fantastic job.
