I'm so excited by to share...as a disabled person ease of showering is important. I was avoiding the shower because the faucet would fall off the wall. Called 1st Choice and they came out the next day and in no time at all and didn't break my budget fixed me up. I have used Killeen's plumbing multiple times for a variety of plumbing issues. Every time the plumbers have been professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and performed excellent work. Today, Tom and AJ came out for a repair job that wound up being much more complicated than expected. They informed me of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and updated me throughout the process. I have several rental building I can depend on Northeast Plum & Mech to always do a great job! When we had a pipe freeze in 13 they worked with my insurance to repair all the plumbing and heating. There was a lot of damage but a few days latter they got the heat back on and all the leaks fixed. My old plumber abandoned me when they saw the damage but NE Plum & Mech came through and got my tenants back into there apartments!!!
